The flowers were dead within three days, in spite of their being put into fresh water upon arrival. I was very disappointed as they were for my wife on our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Won't recommend your firm.

Wrong flowers sent that I paid for and only knew this as asked friend to email picture. Then had to contact customer services and sent correct ones but still not exact quantity stated on order and without the free chocolates on the original offer. Not using them again 😡

Rubbish never use them again.Ordered flowers for my wife’s anniversary on the Saturday for them to be delivered on the Sunday as it said on there web site they arrived 4 o’clock Monday afternoon I was not impressed so I complained but was told that could take up to 2 days to arrive so why say next day delivery.The best bit was they sat in the couriers warehouse all day on Sunday I know this as they could be track all I got was sorry basically tough no refund or anything bad customer care not impressed

Very poor service. Flowers not arranged in a bouquet, this was not made clear at the point of order. Flowers did not arrive on f so oecified day as the carrier cancelled the delivery. The ‘free’ box of chocolates contained four chocolates. I will never use this company again.

I was very disappointed with your service. My sister was not home when the bouquet was delivered. It was left on the doorstep in a cardboard box with no water to keep it fresh. By the time my sister returned the flowers had begun to wilt. Very embarrassing for me !!! I ordered from you thinking I would receive professional service. You need to review your delivery methods.

Ordered some Flowers and chocolates for Anniversary. Paid extra for next day, and also used upgrade option on flowers. Turned up at 5:30pm left outside the door on the floor. The flowers were overpriced and came with 3 chocolates. I would never use eflorist again.

Imagine arriving at the posh hotel you've booked for your wedding anniversary and then your wife opening the box of flowers you've arranged for her in the room. Now imagine the look of utter disappointment on her face as she realises most of the blooms are either dead or dying. How embarrassed would you be? How angry? Would you use the company responsible ever again? No, me neither.

I have messaged before but had no ansa I ordered flowers from u to be d liveried on 26/08/23 and I paid for the large bunch but there wasn’t many in there and they were half dead and by the mon they were dead and in the bin I am not a happy customer and would like a refund plz

You made an offer including free "Lindt" chocolate. That was the reason I ordered it. But the chocolate wasn´t delivered. That isn´t the correct way to treat customers.

I paid extra for next day delivery and Yodel had my delivery the day it was ordered according to the email i received but no it was delivered the day after it was supposed to be delivered. Never i am i going to use this company again

It was dissecting with everything. Other flowers I have ordered were beautiful, these took from 1058 -1745 to deliver from hillingdon to Colnbrook , they were needed a drink straight away one rose was dropping and they were for for my mother's 85th birthday a nd my mother's thank you as she did so much for me I will never ever be ordering from you chocolates so small I thought they were supposed to be normal size. It was so easy to order but then was bitterly disappointed when delivery was not made on my sisters birthday and in fact never turned up,, so I asked to be refunded which I have to say was done immediately. However that did not make up for not receiving a birthday gift

Flowers arrived very late dispate i paid extra for special delivery not the flowers i was expecting they looked they were bought is tescos and put together couple of bunches, very small roses did not look fresh at all i would never buy from this web again very dissapointing

First order sent to a patient in hospital was over 18 hours in transit tracked delivered using yodel parcel delivery van needless to say tracked as delivered to a safe place somewhere in the large hospital but not to either ward or reception so lost. Complained to eflorist who organised replacement.their website states they use local florist nearest delivery address in this case a Leeds hospital and this one was sent tracked from Milton Keynes 149 miles away and was over 14 hours in transit and delivered using amazon! It arrived to the correct destination but the large bouquet looks nothing like the website picture( I was sent a photo by my friends daughter as I live far away) and it looks more like something off a cheap garage forecourt 3/4 cheap looking yellow flowers with 2 or3 other coloured wilted flowers and nothing like the "summer hedgerow" large bouquet I ordered Recipient didn't obviously see website flowers but I am angry and embarrassed with the bouquet delivered as flowers look cheap and they were not cheap and I would never have chosen these myself far less gifted them to anyone especially in what looks like a half dead state Avoid at all costs !

from the second i placed my order everything went wrong , i realised straight away i hadnt put who had send the flowers so messaged but was told it was too late as they were next day delivery , next day came and past no flowers !! contacted to be to the small print says they can be 2 days later , then when they arrived didnt get delivered to the address but got told they were as sat nav said the van was at correct place , photo showed where they were placed so had to walk round houses to find them n found them in the local junkies garden !! needlessly i had to tell the recipient that i had ordered them so she could find them , not quite the nice surprise i wanted to give my daughter in law after coming out the hospital
