Paid 50.pound for a Premier bouquet when it arrived I was shocked as I expected lots more flowers I have complained but got no where with the complaint.

You are simply the worst. Dead flowers, wilted and petals missing. Cust services appalling. You should change your slogan. I would actually give 0 stars

Terrible service. Ordered two days in advance for a special occasion and then at the last minute was advised the flowers would be delivered the day after I wanted. When you do contact them you just get standard pre-written responses and they refuse to cancel or refund the order. The flowers are actually delivered by Amazon and then did actually turn up on the evening I had wanted despite telling me otherwise. The delivery driver left them on the doorstep without knocking and they were severely wilted by the time they were found. The “customer service” team were still sending out standard responses apologising for them being late because they hadn’t bothered to actually check the order. Very frustrating and stressful experience from a company who do not care. Use them at your peril. I certainly won’t ever again. Looked nothing like the picture either.

Ordered flowers for 70th birthday. Payed extra to make sure will be delivered on the day. Birthday girl was at home flowers was never delivered. Contacted Eflorist 4 times no reply they blocked my email. Absolutely disgusting never order from them

So ordered next day for my partner’s birthday didn’t turn up till the day after with the box all broken and ripped and the flowers half dead so In whole not a great first purchase with you guys and probably won’t order again due to the fact spent £30 + on dead damaged late flowers

My order was not delivered on the day specified. It is a week past I’ve reached out and still have not heard from anyone. I am very let down by this company.

Flowers didnt arrive until well after 6pm on the day after they were due. When I emailed re there whereabouts I was quoted the standard 'terms and conditions' spiel. Very disappointing service as it was for a lovely elderly lady who suffers from dementia to mark her birthday.

Disgrace!!! Emailed me at 14:00 on the day of delivery on our anniversary saying they couldnt deliver. Why didnt they let me know earlier!! Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary!! Disgusted!! Amy in customer services was useless, when i told her how dissatisfied i was and that i would write a 1* review, this is the response i received 'Thank you for your email. Please confirm if a refund would be more suitable at this time? We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.' They deserve more bad reviews if this is how they respond to ruining occasions like this. Disgrace!!

You don’t get what you pay for with Eflorist, I paid £50 for the luxury bouquet and received about £10 worth. You rely on the pictures when you buy online but these are misleading, and the flowers that you receive are nothing like the pictures and they don’t last 5 days never mind 7 days. Most of the negative ratings for this company are saying the same issues so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be disappointed.

Easy to order and take money down hill from there over 24hrs late delivery flowers half dead when arrived totally spoilt a friends 60th birthday😡 got 2 customer service numbers but not one of them worked appalling service

I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, and they failed to deliver. Would not recommend for delivering on a particular date.

Ordered a medium bouquet which came with free chocolates..5 flowers in a tiny bunch came and no chocolates..hate to see what the small bouquet was..joke. I have sent emails and messages with no reply at all...complete con..do not use these people.

Anonymous. Flowers arrived at 8pm. Left in the shed but no note put through the door saying they were there. Unfortunately recipient never found them till 5days later hence flowers wilted

Flowers were not delivered on the day that my confirmation email stated, the day that I paid £5.99 delivery for. On contacting the company to raise this issue, my email was ignored.

Very poor it was my anniversary I’m overseas away from my wife. I sent her 100 red roses. Multiple roses would either dead or were black and I don’t know if that was by the heat or watt but my wife is still happy but I’m disappointed. I haven’t got the time to complain, but do you want to review so here it is I won’t be using you again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a wedding anniversary on the Tues. The order got stuck with Amazon the delayed delivery did not arrive until Fri by which time the flowers were dead. Not great!! In the meantime I did contact eflorist and they very quickly arranged for another delivery which was great but only arrived two days after the anniversary
