Ordered flowers for a birthday two days in advance of the big day. Never arrived at all. One star for giving me a refund. Will never use again

Yesterday I used your service to book a flower delivery to go to my son’s school for his teacher. I specifically requested that the delivery take place between 9 and 10am today as the school finishes up today at 12pm. As such, I never sent a gift in with my son for his teacher as the flowers should have been there from him. All the other children in his class brought in their gifts for the teacher and my son felt very embarrassed as he had nothing to give her and this upset him so much. The moment has now passed so there is no way for you to make amends for this terrible error on your part, as the school is now closed for the summer. Apart from me wanting a full refund from you immediately, I want to know what you propose to do to compensate me for this huge embarrassment you caused to me and my son? I thought I could trust your service to be reliable and to do what I asked you to (and paid for!) but sadly I see that is not the case. Thank you for ruining my son’s last day in school.

Terrible Terrible. Ordered flowers for next day delivery.for 55years anniversary gift .. They arrived 48 hours later... When I complained I was told that I should have checked the disclaimer..... Wtaf. IF YOU CAN'T DO NEXT DAY DELIVERY THEN DON'T ADVERTISE IT. When they did finally arrive they were not that great anyway. Money best spent at a garage forecourt and hiring a uber driver to deliver it. At least you are guaranteed! Terrible customer service. Replied 72 hours after non delivery. Go elsewhere please

BEAWARE AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! MY GRANDMOTHER WAS 90 AND I ORDERED SOME FLOWERS, CHOCOLATES AND PAID EXTRA FOR A CARD, ON SATURDAY,TO BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY ORDER CONFIRMATION BUT NO ORDER NUMBER GIVEN NO FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE FROM ANYONE INCLUDING THE SO CALLED COURIER, NO FLOWERS, AND MY GRANDMOTHER WILL NOT BE 90 AGAIN HUGELY DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST. EMAILED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON NO RESPONSE TO DATE THIS COMPANY HAS RUNIED MY SPECIAL SURPRISE TO MY NAN I WILL UPDATE IF THEY SOMEHOW BUT I DONT KNOW QUITE HOW TRY AND MAKE IT RIGHT!!

Worst f..... Company ever , takes your money and never deliver on time,order placed 6 daysahead, very bad customer service and they don't even pick up the phone......a disgrace. Plus you won't get an apology not even to mention a refund for ruining a special day

Had I read these reviews I would have saved myself the hassle of chasing this company initially for the whereabouts of the flowers I had ordered and subsequently for the refund of my monies. To date, NO FLOWERS arrived, exceptionally bad service, NOT EASY TO CONTACT, and so far NO REFUND RECEIVED.

My order of flowers for myself and my daughter costing nearly £60 When we received the flowers they were almost dead and dried out. What received you could have bought in supermarket for less than £13 The amount of messages sent from day one and ones received are asking same thing over and over again.Obviously they do not want to send out fresh flowers or refund the money I paid. They are disgrace and have no idea with dealing with a complaint.Obviously they do not care. Would I use them again most certainly not. To pay that amount of money for dead flowers and the quantity which received was a disgrace weeks have gone buy and still not sorted out.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance, expecting a beautiful arrangement. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and far from what I had anticipated. The size was significantly smaller than anticipated, the quality was subpar, and the overall presentation lacked the finesse I had hoped for. I am very upset with the underwhelming bouquet that he received, despite having paid a significant amount of money for it with additional costs to make it bigger. I would have been better off going to lidl to get a more impressive bouquet. I was embarrassed when he showed me pictures. After my intiial complaint they sent me back the delivery fees. A couple of days later after reviewing the pictures of the bouquet I sent as part of my complaint, they shockingly dismissed my claim. This reflects on their low standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I will never be purchasing from E-florist again. I would never recommend their bouquets to anyone.

There is no option for zero stars, so one star it will have to be. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, meticulously following all the necessary steps of placing the order within the specified timeframe as well as paying an additional fee for expedited delivery. I (foolishly) trusted the commitment made on their website that they offer next day delivery, and eagerly awaited notification that the order had been delivered, only to be let down. The fact that I paid extra for a service that failed to meet not one but two advertised commitments is unacceptable. Day two comes and, again, I eagerly await the notification that the delivery has taken place. Again, nothing. And still no response to my three emails to eFlorist. Day three comes and, as the freshness of the delivery cannot be ensured (also based on all of the other horrific reviews I started reading) as well as the fact that the recipient of the flowers is leaving for a birthday trip, I request a cancellation of the order and a full refund for the inconvenience caused and shocking service (or lack thereof) received. I eventually receive a response on day three from Bryony after my four emails indicating the order is out for delivery and 'we trust your flowers will be well received.' Out for delivery three days later, despite paying for next day delivery and subsequently requesting a cancellation due to the circumstances?! This is unacceptable. I am based in South Africa, so I thought it would have been special for her to receive something spoiling, being so far away from each other and not being able to see each other on her birthday. It is so disheartening to think that the joy and excitement that should have accompanied this event have been replaced by frustration and disappointment. eFlorist can't bother to get back to me, yet have sent their automated 'leave a review of your experience' email. If they can't even give feedback on direct emails, how do you expect them to care about negative reviews (as there seem to be thousands of them). The order has now been marked as delivered; however, the recipient has not been there to receive it. So where have these flowers been delivered to? I am still waiting on a response from my further two emails regarding a refund for the inconvenience and distress caused.

Ordered for next day delivery for a big birthday and they didn’t arrive. Chased Eflorist and received a tracking number that said they would not arrive til Thursday, 2 days late !! Complained again & they deleted the message they had sent me ! Would definitely NOT use them again, bad customer service and broken delivery promises

Run and Run away from those people I ordered luxury new princess from France to be delivered in Schotland for my friend birthday. I paid 60 euros for the bouquet and they delivered a rubbish that is worth less than 4 pounds in Lidl . After complaining , they told me that they can not see the issue despite sending them the picture of what they delivered . I should have read the reviews about them before buying as they are stealing everyone.

Would give no stars if I could paid a fortune for a bouquet for my wifes birthday.The flowers sent where a disgrace and not as advertised. They have admitted the supplier has not sent the flowers which are advertised on their website. I have requested a full refund as this is false advertising and I may go to trading standards and the consumer association. Stay well away I should have checked the reviews on Tripadvisor before ordering they are not good at all. I could have bought the same flowers at a supermarket for well under £10.

I ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary giving plenty of weeks notive. I ordered from eflorist because on their website under the q&a second on when will my order arrive it said. "Your bouquet will be delivered on the delivery day you chose" So i chose my delivery day and placed my order. Imagine my shock when my order was shipped one day before our anniversary on a 48hour service. So i contacted customer service and they replied that orders 98% of the time arrive on time which never answered my question so i replied asking why my order was shipped the day before delivery on a 48 hour service and i asked if they can not 100% guarantee delivery then why say on the website that you get your order on the delivery day. I could understand the 98% excuse if they shipped it 48 two days before the delivery date using a 48hr service but not the day before as obviously the order will arrive .late

No delivery, no notice email to even say the flowers and chocolates have been dispatched. This was a Birthday present and not cheap! Disgusted with such a poor services. Tracking states flowers collected at 8am.. no doubt they will be dead! If they ever arrive.

Please do not use this company. They have effectively stolen from me, by not delivering the flowers on time, on the agreed date and now not refunding me. They are a nightmare to get hold of and now they have blocked me on facebook. Awful, awful company, no professionalism at all. Please AVOID.

Turned up 5 days late,should be next day! some dead. No responce from customer services, 5 emails sent, 3 messages on FB. Lied about attempted to deliver - i have video proof they did not. Total disgrace, unprofessional YOU OWE ME A FULL REFUND

Terrible service 3 days late for a 60th birthday which is embarrassing and makes it look like an afterthought on my part. Impossible to speak to anyone at the Company. All done by email with no response from them at all. I deeply regret spending £35 with this Company but I have learned a lesson, read the reviews first Would never use them again
