You don’t get what you pay for with Eflorist, I paid £50 for the luxury bouquet and received about £10 worth. You rely on the pictures when you buy online but these are misleading, and the flowers that you receive are nothing like the pictures and they don’t last 5 days never mind 7 days. Most of the negative ratings for this company are saying the same issues so DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as you will be disappointed.

Easy to order and take money down hill from there over 24hrs late delivery flowers half dead when arrived totally spoilt a friends 60th birthday😡 got 2 customer service numbers but not one of them worked appalling service

I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, and they failed to deliver. Would not recommend for delivering on a particular date.

Ordered a medium bouquet which came with free chocolates..5 flowers in a tiny bunch came and no chocolates..hate to see what the small bouquet was..joke. I have sent emails and messages with no reply at all...complete con..do not use these people.

Anonymous. Flowers arrived at 8pm. Left in the shed but no note put through the door saying they were there. Unfortunately recipient never found them till 5days later hence flowers wilted

Flowers were not delivered on the day that my confirmation email stated, the day that I paid £5.99 delivery for. On contacting the company to raise this issue, my email was ignored.

Very poor it was my anniversary I’m overseas away from my wife. I sent her 100 red roses. Multiple roses would either dead or were black and I don’t know if that was by the heat or watt but my wife is still happy but I’m disappointed. I haven’t got the time to complain, but do you want to review so here it is I won’t be using you again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for a wedding anniversary on the Tues. The order got stuck with Amazon the delayed delivery did not arrive until Fri by which time the flowers were dead. Not great!! In the meantime I did contact eflorist and they very quickly arranged for another delivery which was great but only arrived two days after the anniversary

Very disappointed in the flowers I got for my mum said a large bouquet but looked like a small bouquet didn’t look like looked on the picture and also the box of chocolates there was only 3 in them and looked bigger box on the picture don’t think will be ordering from here again very disappointing

it was horrible delivered 4 days late and for the replacement bouquet they sent flipping didn’t put the new message that they asked for and it was just bad service

Hard to call it a ‘bouquet’ as there were about 5 flowers in it. The card looked like it had been made by a 4 year old! And it didn’t arrive until 5 o’clock when we were already out celebrating our anniversary!! Awful service, never using again

I ordered on a Saturday morning and paid £6 for delivery, for them to be delivered on Monday, the date of the actual birthday of the recipient, however they did not arrive until Tuesday evening!! When I informed the company on the Monday the flowers had not arrived, the response I got was that there is a disclaimer that it could be a few days for delivery, not helpful !! When the flowers were eventually delivered they were just left downstairs, the delivery driver did not even knock on the door and the recipient did not even know they were there. Again I contacted the company, who just said sorry they are not supposed to do that, again not the response I would have expected, especially when I could have said they had not even been delivered. I will not be using the company in future and nor will I be recommending them to anybody else.

Order a delivery on Friday 28th for delivery on Saturday 29th for a birthday. My friend told me on the Sunday nothing had arrived. I checked with Yodel your delivery company. The status said st depot. It stayed that way till Tuesday. You can imagine the state of the flowers . I tried to make a complaint via your site. Leaving two requests to cancel and asking for refund via your standard questions system as no other way to contact you. To date no response. Could not find a tel number that worked. Very bad customer service.

My flowers, chocolates ,teddy bear arrived with no birthday card. My niece thought I had forgotten her birthday and that she had a stalker. She looked everywhere for a message of any sort and there was none. Not happy

The day before my wedding anniversary i thought it would be nice to order some flowers to be delivered on the day. I know there is a window for delivery but they turned up at 20.30 and we had gone for a meal. Looking at the tracker the flowers had gone to Milton Keynes down to Weybridge, then to Dunstable and ended up in Aylesbury where i live. Anyway we returned home to find a small box with 9 white roses, some freesias and a bit of green infil!!! All looking pressed up and very sad. I upgraded to a large bouquet total cost £33.98 and all i can say is i was extremely disappointed. Other people sent flowers to us which they had bought locally and they were comparable in price but had a real fresh wow! factor. Sorry to say i will not be using this service again.
