Very disappointed in the flowers I got for my mum said a large bouquet but looked like a small bouquet didn’t look like looked on the picture and also the box of chocolates there was only 3 in them and looked bigger box on the picture don’t think will be ordering from here again very disappointing

it was horrible delivered 4 days late and for the replacement bouquet they sent flipping didn’t put the new message that they asked for and it was just bad service

Hard to call it a ‘bouquet’ as there were about 5 flowers in it. The card looked like it had been made by a 4 year old! And it didn’t arrive until 5 o’clock when we were already out celebrating our anniversary!! Awful service, never using again

I ordered on a Saturday morning and paid £6 for delivery, for them to be delivered on Monday, the date of the actual birthday of the recipient, however they did not arrive until Tuesday evening!! When I informed the company on the Monday the flowers had not arrived, the response I got was that there is a disclaimer that it could be a few days for delivery, not helpful !! When the flowers were eventually delivered they were just left downstairs, the delivery driver did not even knock on the door and the recipient did not even know they were there. Again I contacted the company, who just said sorry they are not supposed to do that, again not the response I would have expected, especially when I could have said they had not even been delivered. I will not be using the company in future and nor will I be recommending them to anybody else.

Order a delivery on Friday 28th for delivery on Saturday 29th for a birthday. My friend told me on the Sunday nothing had arrived. I checked with Yodel your delivery company. The status said st depot. It stayed that way till Tuesday. You can imagine the state of the flowers . I tried to make a complaint via your site. Leaving two requests to cancel and asking for refund via your standard questions system as no other way to contact you. To date no response. Could not find a tel number that worked. Very bad customer service.

My flowers, chocolates ,teddy bear arrived with no birthday card. My niece thought I had forgotten her birthday and that she had a stalker. She looked everywhere for a message of any sort and there was none. Not happy

The day before my wedding anniversary i thought it would be nice to order some flowers to be delivered on the day. I know there is a window for delivery but they turned up at 20.30 and we had gone for a meal. Looking at the tracker the flowers had gone to Milton Keynes down to Weybridge, then to Dunstable and ended up in Aylesbury where i live. Anyway we returned home to find a small box with 9 white roses, some freesias and a bit of green infil!!! All looking pressed up and very sad. I upgraded to a large bouquet total cost £33.98 and all i can say is i was extremely disappointed. Other people sent flowers to us which they had bought locally and they were comparable in price but had a real fresh wow! factor. Sorry to say i will not be using this service again.

The flowers delivered were in very poor condition and withered in parts. I aprdered a medium spray it was very small with more foliage than flowers. Reall very disappointed, as it was ordered for a special occasion. Was not cheap either, which I didn’t mind should it have been nice. Next time I will use my local florist or the beautiful sprays in other retail outlets, that are much cheaper!!!! Very poor. My advice spend your money elsewhere

Not alone, see others comments!!! Show no careering whatsoever!!!! Do yourself a favour, look somewhere else!!!! Can NOT recommend, failed in every respect.!!! Customer Service, totally appalling !!!

I am utterly disappointed in the bouquet I sent my daughter for her birthday! She must have felt I let her down with the size of the bouquet! The picture on the website of the flowers I ordered did not represent the ones she had delivered. I will never use eflorist again.

Never use this company if you want fresh flowers my 91 year old mother recieved a plant from my auntie to say she was thinking of her when my dad passed away. I found my mum crying over the flowers saying why would I get dead flowers from Carol my auntie when your dad has just passed away it was a horrid day. I will never buy from this company and will bad mouth them as much as I can ... please never use unless you want to send dead flowers of course . BAD BAD BAD

Ordered flowers online that bore no resemblance to what was delivered. False advertising as what was delivered was mainly green leaves and stems with hardly any flowers. Attempted to complain via the live web chat which was useless, also emailed them and have not heard back. I advise not to use this company.

Ordered flowers for a friend who has been very supportive to me after losing my partner. The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the picture(false advertising). I could have bought a bunch from Aldi that would have been better. I was totally embarrassed when my friend thanked me and sent a picture if the flowers. I will never use your service again and certainlynever recommend you to anyone.

Paid for their overpriced flowers for the next day delivery, failed to deliver and so missed the special occasion. Customer service just said ‘ha unlucky small print - says only actually 98% arrive next day.’

Missed the suprise for my wife at work as eflorist uses the worst courier service in the UK, AMAZON. Tracking have informed me that my flowers have been on a non refrigeration van for 9 hours and counting with the delivery time changed twice, who delivers flowers for anybody in the evening.....eflorist that's who. Joke of a company avoid at all costs.

I will keep writing bad reviews about your pathetic company until I get my refund back. But strangely enough a lot of People on here we’re satisfied. Why wasn’t I? Now I’ve waited 7 working days for my refund to be processed even tho they said 3-5. I’ve messaged you asking why and your now saying it will be another 5 days due to technical difficulties. I will write the worse things about you until I get my refund. Everyone on here DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CANCEL YOUR ORDER FOR NO REASON. this was a special occasion I didn’t care if they couldn’t deliver it in time for my girlfriends birthday because I would of just ordered it from someone else. Someone that could of actually delivered my flowers on time like I paid for. So because I chose this company they let me down and my girlfriend and I could of gone to any other florist I’m sure they wouldn’t of failed to get the flowers to me IN 5 working days. It’s not hard they did not have to work hard or pull strings for me to get my package on the day I asked. Bunch of time wasters would never ever go there again and I suggest you all stay clear of this site because if you want flowers and it’s a very special occasion don’t trust these people to sort it out. Go somewhere reliable

say next day delivery but didn't deliver next day ,so no flowers and no refund . says in disclaimer somewhere that its not always next day but is most the time. false advertising , no flowers , no refund. made it look like i never bothered to get them on the day. wouldn't buy into this

Carol Price I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EFLORIST. I ORDERED FLOWERS - HAD A CONFIRMATION THAT THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED 25TH JUNE FOR MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY AND THEY ARRIVED A DAY LATE. AFTER COMMUNICATING I AM TOLD THERE IS A VERY UNOBVIOUS DISCLAIMER THAT ALLOWS FOR DAY AFTER DELIVERY. POOR BUSINESS ETHIC AND REALLY FRUSTRATING. I EMAILED YOU THE EVENING OF THE 25TH AND SAID CANCEL AS THEY HAD NOT ARRIVED. DID NOT RECEIVE RESPONSE.
