I was not happy with the flowers we received. £40 was an excessive amount to pay for such pure quality of the flowers, plus the size of the bunch was small compared to the large that I ordered and expected. The vase was cracked. Considering that this was for my Wife on our wedding anniversary, I wish I had gone elsewhere.

Wouldn’t order from this company again as when you send someone flowers they have to try to quess who they’re from as they leave your message and details out when delivered.

I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered last Sunday 20th August for my dear friend who was 103 years old. The bouquet was delivered at 20.42pm when she was in bed. She struggled to get out of bed and get to the door with her walking frame only to find that there was no-one there, just a box. She managed with the help of her frame to move the box indoors and had to leave it for her carer the following morning. Why deliver at that time of night? If you cannot deliver during the daytime on a Sunday then you should state this when anyone is ordering. My poor friend was alarmed by the doorbell ringing and someone knocking on the door. When requesting delivery for the Sunday I never, ever imagined that they would in fact be delivered when it was dark!

Very very disappointing and certainly would never use again. I ordered flowers for a 90th birthday to be delivered on a Saturday. They finally arrived the following Wednesday with many messages saying they would be late as they had “issues” Flowers don’t last that long!!! Would never use this service again.

I would never use this service again. I paid extra for flowers to be delivered on a specific date. They were to go to my close friend on what would have been her golden wedding anniversary but her husband died earlier in the year. They were supposed to be a reminder that I was thinking of her on such an emotional day as we don’t live close to each other. They didn’t arrive until the next day and I was devastated thinking she’d thought I’d sent them as an after thought. I am very unhappy about this incident and would never use you again

Flowers were for my wedding anniversary, they arrived very late so she thought I had forgotten, so not a nice atmosphere in the house. On day to 2 the rose heads dropped (7 days Ha Ha!!! ) day 4 in the bin and never again. Should have gone to the local co op . Better looking flowers and cheaper.

I paid for guaranteed delivery on 18 August to a nursing home. Technically you met that deadline but delivered so late at night that the home had closed with no-one available to answer the door, thus the delivery was of no use in that day's remembrance function for which the flowers had been ordered - disappointing for the 93 year old recipient who had just lost her husband and for me as internatonal sender.

Avoid! Appalling service! Avoid! Ordered on the 15th August for delivery on 24th. £6 postage charge. Flowers didn't arrive. These were for my daughters GCSE results. They are Amazon in disguise.

Awful ! Wouldn’t waste your money Doesn’t look anything like what you order and when you call them out on it they refuse to send what your ordered. And yes the photos are after 48 hours which is when you claim they will look like the photo which you can clearly see they do not

All went well until the delivery, where my daughter, who was ill at the time, received the wrong flowers and message. The flowers were a get well token but things went wrong which was extremely disappointing. I will not be using EFlorist again because of this!

The deliery came by Amazon on the wrong day . The packaging was crushed and looked like it had been resealed.. The flowers were damaged some were crushed ..The recipient was disappointed. Not good value. at all .. £26 wasted ID: WA12338596 .....not a happy customer

Ordered a bouquet of roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary almost a week before the date. The flowers did not arrive on the day so contacted eflorist only to be advised they have the discretion to change the delivery date. When the bouquet arrived late the following day it was dead so I sent it back. I have bought flowers from other suppliers for years and never had a problem. This was an absolute shambles. Don’t expect to be able to speak to anyone at eflorist if you experience a problem the phone is continually engaged properly dealing with complaints. My advice is don’t even consider using this company if you want good service as you may have the same negative experience I had

Flowers purchased for my best friends birthday were delivered half dead and with broken stems. My friend photographed the flowers expressing her dismay that such beautiful flowers were delivered in such a poor state. I’ve complained to EFlorist customer service with no response whatsoever. Extremely disappointed, I will never use them again and would not recommend unless you want to send flowers ready for the compost heap.

The courier didn't ring the recipient's doorbell and the flowers were left for some hours on the doorstep on a hot day before they were found. The roses and freesias were of poor quality and did not recover from their courier's lazy treatment. I shall not use Eflorist again.

Ordered large bouquet for over £30 and smaller than a size you would purchase out of asda or any other supermarket for £5. Avoid

Do not use; Flowers spent the day in a box in a hot delivery drivers van and were dead due no water. Had to chase delivery driver as he delivered to wrong address and didn't care. They have no control over the paid for delivery times and don't get me started on the customer service responses - DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY LIKE I DID

Terrible service. Rubbish confusing app. Free chocolates but if it's ticked by mistake you don't get them, no summary before you buy hence I ordered 2 lots! Unhelpful genetic unmeaningful apologies from support team - no genuine customer care. Completley out of pocket, I could have got 2 bunches of 4 pound roses from any supermarket that would have been as nice. So cost me 48 pound for delivery! Never again!

I sent my Mother what looked like a beautiful bouquet for her 91st Birthday. The flowers arrive with 2 Lilly stems with no buds or flowers on either. My Mother was disappointed, she tried calling Efloist herself, no reply. She was so disappointed. I tried calling, the line was always busy, l also emailed them no reply. I most certainly wanted a replacement or refund. Definitely not recommended.
