Flowers purchased for my best friends birthday were delivered half dead and with broken stems. My friend photographed the flowers expressing her dismay that such beautiful flowers were delivered in such a poor state. I’ve complained to EFlorist customer service with no response whatsoever. Extremely disappointed, I will never use them again and would not recommend unless you want to send flowers ready for the compost heap.

The courier didn't ring the recipient's doorbell and the flowers were left for some hours on the doorstep on a hot day before they were found. The roses and freesias were of poor quality and did not recover from their courier's lazy treatment. I shall not use Eflorist again.

Ordered large bouquet for over £30 and smaller than a size you would purchase out of asda or any other supermarket for £5. Avoid

Do not use; Flowers spent the day in a box in a hot delivery drivers van and were dead due no water. Had to chase delivery driver as he delivered to wrong address and didn't care. They have no control over the paid for delivery times and don't get me started on the customer service responses - DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY LIKE I DID

I am so embarrassed and disappointed that my delivery was not made in time for my friends wedding anniversary. There was confirm of payment £56 but no delivery.

Terrible service. Rubbish confusing app. Free chocolates but if it's ticked by mistake you don't get them, no summary before you buy hence I ordered 2 lots! Unhelpful genetic unmeaningful apologies from support team - no genuine customer care. Completley out of pocket, I could have got 2 bunches of 4 pound roses from any supermarket that would have been as nice. So cost me 48 pound for delivery! Never again!

I sent my Mother what looked like a beautiful bouquet for her 91st Birthday. The flowers arrive with 2 Lilly stems with no buds or flowers on either. My Mother was disappointed, she tried calling Efloist herself, no reply. She was so disappointed. I tried calling, the line was always busy, l also emailed them no reply. I most certainly wanted a replacement or refund. Definitely not recommended.

You have asked me to leave a review so I will oblige - I ordered flowers for the same day and paid the surcharge for this - ony to be called much later to say that this was not possible. This is the firrst and last time I will use Eflorist.

Ordered letterbox flowers and paid around 19/20 pound for a special 80th birthday present to find that they could not be delivered on the day requested . They arrived a day late and the recipient had to bin them as they were withered and almost dead. Highley disappointed and would not recommend to either family or friends, Sorry I couldn't be more possitive as previously I have been delighted with Eflorist

Would not use again . No tracking information Didn’t turn up on the day specified no email to say when it would arrive. Contacted customer service told 98% arrive it is what it is . Arrived the following day at 1800. What did I pay £6.00 delivery for ? roses didn’t last a week . Stay clear

Very few flowers for the LARGE choice and they where in a poor condition NO VASE which I paid for and LATE delivery and I paid EXTRA for the delivery can only say AVOID these people .

Orderd what I thought to be a beautiful white double ended spray for a funeral in Scotland as live in Portsmouth . We didn't get to see the flowers that were delivered until the funeral and they looked awful they were very wilted. I was very embarrassed to see the state of them. Would most definitely not recommend eflorist.

Order flowers two days before I needed them on a Monday for a Wednesday and they didn’t turn up until the following Sunday all dead! Was a lovely birthday surprise getting a dead bunch of flowers and the delivery man saying what do you expect they have been in the van since Tuesday! Avoid this company at all costs and use Bloom and Wild instead far superior

I ordered some flowers on the 9th August to be delivered on the 10th August, they were not delivered until the evening of the 11th August but according to the tracking details had been in transit 2 days. Upon checking my bank account I find I have been charged twice and my request for a refund has not been acknowledged. Definitely will not use this firm again.

Flowers were great .. Box left out by front gate all night !! With chocs inside ripped open by a fox !! Ruined !! 64th wedding Anniversary ..Not impressed

Flowers were delivered a day late despite the £5.99 next day delivery fee. Will never use E-florist again
