Terrible company do not use. Didn't delivery for my employees birthday. I had to chase them up which they took 48 hours to come back to me, which they didn't come back to me. To be told we have refunded the money. No apology, no explination as to why a week later they had not been delivered. No phone number to talk to them, thye have stopped answering my emails. Honestly rubbish company to deal with.

Ordered same day delivery flowers which were never received. Claimed to have texted me (not received). Took 6 days for refund.

Very bad experience. WHY DO YOU NOT REPLY ??? Not only were my father's flowers NOT delivered on his anniversary . They arrived late and in a poor condition AND the chocolates were missing . Disgusted! REPLY please . I am about to go on every review site to write about my experience with you!

I ordered flowers for my friend and work colleague who was going through a miscarriage. On her return to work she informed me that the flowers arrived dead and there was only about 4 or 5 actual flowers. I emailed and to my absolute disgust I got the below response. Sending dead flowers out to customers is a disgrace and the how insensitive on the order I literally put sympathy and they think it's OK to send flowers like this to someone who is losing rhein baby!! Thank you for your email regarding your order. I am really sorry to hear that the item was not to your expectations. Unfortunately, as we need all complaints of this nature reported within 7 days of the receipt of the item, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to proceed with any action. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. Kind regards, Rhiannon

What a disappointment. Ordered a larger bouquet of "Christmas Daze" can't even find the online picture anymore.... (wonder why). See picture attached. This is not what my wife expected. Very disappointed. Also included a vase and free chocolates. Chocolates not included with delivery. Very few flowers, and definitely not a larger amount of flowers. The flowers were ordered for 12th December and were delivered on the 13th after dark . They were left on the doorstep after dark no notification left, so unknown to person inside . Godfrey Taylor

Needed a date specific delivery. We had an email informing us that they would be delivered one day late. When we complained we were advised to read the t&c's. Sadly the flowers received were also not off a good standard. Would strongly advise you to avoid this company. Poor service and flowers and seemingly little interest in their customers.

I would love to review the flowers here but they just didn't arrive. It's been 5 days since I ordered next day delivery. I would reconsider using if you need your flowers delivered on time (or atall) for a significant event or occasion

The original delivery date was 17-12-22, they arrived on Tuesday 20-12-22. It looks like they had been left in a box since the 17-12-22. Really unhappy with this service and am seriously considering ever using Eflorist again

I’ve had a terrible experience and it’s down to the delivery service as they failed to deliver the item and still currently waiting for it to get resolved/ refunded! I would have loved to leave a positive review giving the circumstances of the purpose of the order but unfortunately I left disappointed and aggrieved!

The flowers I bought from you for delivery on Saturday 17th December 2022 were not delivered until Sunday night at 20.45. They were intended for my sister-in-law who had just come out of hospital after a major operation. She phoned me yesterday morning, very concerned, as she said they were awful. She took them out of the box on receipt and they looked completely dead but she put them in water with the feed hoping they would pick up by the next morning. They didn't and she was concerned that I had spent a lot of money on flowers that needed throwing away. It was extremely cold on Saturday night with below zero temperatures and I can only assume that the flowers had been left in a van overnight and perished. I tried to contact you yesterday morning, without success, and then I was out for the rest of the day. Both my sister-in-law and I are very disappointed and do not feel able to order from you in the future.Mrs

Not a bad experience with the florist or delivery - I ordered some flowers from you - a one-off - I did not – as far as I know ask you to start sending me lots of emails emails....... The flowers were a special one-off occasion, my sister was over the moon with them – However, I am not expecting to be ordering any more bouquets FULL-STOP - and I do not want to get ANY MORE EMAILS from your company and, if they keep coming I will tell my friends in the UK, that if they order flowers through your company, you will bombard them with 'special offer' emails constantly. PLEASE stop sending them - and, if my sister is in any way bombarded with letters/emails - I will report your company to any relevant legal departments necessary. This is the second review you are asking me to complete - how many more would I be likely to receive ? One originaly contented customer now a very unhappy customer

Flowers were delivered but in a terrible state half were dead and look brown and not attractive. Also I thought they would be in a box but they were just wrapped in plastic. Shame as could have been good.

They couldn’t fulfil the request as I didn’t want the flowers to be Christmassy as it would be inappropriate. They called to say they couldn’t get a florist to do them even if I waited a few days for delivery. In other words the couldn’t be bothered probably because they were the cheapest! Don’t bother using them although the refund came through in a couple of days

My flowers should have been delivered on Saturday 17th December. Apparently they arrived about 5pm on Monday. Flowers were all dry and left upside down in the porch!! What a waste of money! I have emailed you twice today and have had no reply. Absolutely disgusted!!!!! I AWAIT YOUR COMMENTS

Yodel delivery driver left the flowers in a shed ...no photo ... recipient who was unwell tracked them down but not until the next day...very disappointed with this experience.
