To say I am very disappointed would be an understatement!!! The roses were fully opened and some petals are discoloured and have fallen off. They were actually for a colleague who is leaving. I had to go to Tesco and buy 2 additional bunches of flowers and rearrange the bouquet. I used you again because the last bouquet was beautiful, arrived in water and a bag. Very embarrassing and very disappointing

Flowers didn’t arrive on selected date. When they eventually turned up half were dead. Also overpriced for what was received and definitely did not resemble the photo on web site. After sales service is terrible all you get is “they will be delivered “ but only after they have been in the back of van for two days. Wouldn’t use them Again

The flowers for a large amount of money were 1, Very small bunch. 2, Dead, they were purchased as in bulb, well they were on there last legs. Very embarrassing to send such a small and dead bunch. I would advise not top use these people.

The flowers I sent for my friend’s birthday arrived a day and half later and in very poor conditions. My friend followed all the instruction on your website to try and revive them to no avail. I am still waiting for a reply to my email sent yesterday

I had sent flowers many times from e-florist and was happy to order flowers for my daughter in Germany. I ordered within 3 - 4 days ahead of yhe date to be delivered, but unfortunately I was told you couldn't deliver, which didn't give me time to re-order. I was so disappointed. You have been so nice in the past.

I was due to have a delivery on 12th December but this did not arrive but another persons order under my tracking number was delivered. I have sent several emails to eflorist and also to the delivery company but no response - it is now 4 days so do not know whether my order was delivered to someone else. Tracking at Yodel shows that it was despatched and is in the depot and that has been the status for 4 days - not good enough and although I have always been satisfied and immensely pleased with eflorist services this experience has left me with the decision that I will never use their services again - if customer service cannot be bothered to assist I cannot be bothered to giv e them business

I ordered a bouquet titled Frosted white roses, red ones were sent, I was aiming for what looked like an xmas bouquet acorns and silver holly were advertised but alternative was in the bouquet.. I mean they were ok/nice if you like red, but I was a little disappointed because these were for my mother in law and not intended to be a romantic bunch, Very very different from the picture

Terrible service . Was guaranteed delivery on a certain day to be told in the afternoon on that day that they can’t find a florist to deliver . I was offered an alternative for another day but the alternative was poor compared to what I paid for . I’m still awaiting my refund . Avoid this florist and their website of same day guarantee is lies . Shame on you

Absolutly disappointed, the quailty of the flowers was very poor, the roses were half dead and the petals so small. The packaging was the only good thing, when I tried call follow process and complain to them, they say they cannot find my order. I am writing this from an email THEY sent me to write a review. DO NOT USE THEM, unless it is for someone you do not like as they will be disappointed. Urge you not to use them, even if it means you have to pay more

Delivery was a day late the flowers were really poor for the amount of money I paid and the free gift didn’t come with it. I’ve used this site a few times and this will be the last.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of flowers, turned up dried and fit for the bin some 72 hours later, delivered late for a 70th birthday. Poor communication in handling my complaint. I would advise anyone using this company to AVOID AVOID AVOID. Needless to say i will never use EFlorist again as they do not deliver on any part of the contract.

Ordered 50 Red Roses to be delivered on the 11th in time for my partner's birthday. It's now the 14th and still no delivery!

For the price I paid my mum got 5 stems worth. Absolute rip off and embarrassing too. Won’t ever use eflorist again.

This is the second time I use Eflorist to send bouquet to my friend's birthday. Very disappointedly this is the second time the delivery is delayed. Last year it was delayed 2 days, this year is delayed 1 day. If you can't guarantee your delivery day, why do you ask customer to select the delivery date? Especially the date was selected well in advance? The delivery fee should be refunded based on the actual service.

First of all I paid for next day delivery it came 3days later and when it arrived the chocolates that was ordered with the flowers never arrived totally dissatisfied It is so embarrassing when you order someone close to you flowers for there birthday and they don’t arrive 😡😡

Hello Sophie. I have already responded to several reviews/emails from Yodel. The flowers never arrived at 17 Morrison Avenue Tottenham N176TU, nor was any card put through the door. I received a text message saying the delivery had been made to a safe place, & a card through the door, & supposedly a picture confirming this. All total rubbish. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be refunded, perhaps you can help with this. Yours totally disappointed, Derek Beeston Mob. 07990013778
