I ordered a bouquet titled Frosted white roses, red ones were sent, I was aiming for what looked like an xmas bouquet acorns and silver holly were advertised but alternative was in the bouquet.. I mean they were ok/nice if you like red, but I was a little disappointed because these were for my mother in law and not intended to be a romantic bunch, Very very different from the picture

Terrible service . Was guaranteed delivery on a certain day to be told in the afternoon on that day that they can’t find a florist to deliver . I was offered an alternative for another day but the alternative was poor compared to what I paid for . I’m still awaiting my refund . Avoid this florist and their website of same day guarantee is lies . Shame on you

Absolutly disappointed, the quailty of the flowers was very poor, the roses were half dead and the petals so small. The packaging was the only good thing, when I tried call follow process and complain to them, they say they cannot find my order. I am writing this from an email THEY sent me to write a review. DO NOT USE THEM, unless it is for someone you do not like as they will be disappointed. Urge you not to use them, even if it means you have to pay more

Delivery was a day late the flowers were really poor for the amount of money I paid and the free gift didn’t come with it. I’ve used this site a few times and this will be the last.

Absolutely disgusted with the quality of flowers, turned up dried and fit for the bin some 72 hours later, delivered late for a 70th birthday. Poor communication in handling my complaint. I would advise anyone using this company to AVOID AVOID AVOID. Needless to say i will never use EFlorist again as they do not deliver on any part of the contract.

Ordered 50 Red Roses to be delivered on the 11th in time for my partner's birthday. It's now the 14th and still no delivery!

For the price I paid my mum got 5 stems worth. Absolute rip off and embarrassing too. Won’t ever use eflorist again.

This is the second time I use Eflorist to send bouquet to my friend's birthday. Very disappointedly this is the second time the delivery is delayed. Last year it was delayed 2 days, this year is delayed 1 day. If you can't guarantee your delivery day, why do you ask customer to select the delivery date? Especially the date was selected well in advance? The delivery fee should be refunded based on the actual service.

First of all I paid for next day delivery it came 3days later and when it arrived the chocolates that was ordered with the flowers never arrived totally dissatisfied It is so embarrassing when you order someone close to you flowers for there birthday and they don’t arrive 😡😡

Hello Sophie. I have already responded to several reviews/emails from Yodel. The flowers never arrived at 17 Morrison Avenue Tottenham N176TU, nor was any card put through the door. I received a text message saying the delivery had been made to a safe place, & a card through the door, & supposedly a picture confirming this. All total rubbish. Flowers not delivered on the date I wanted. They STILL have not been delivered. The ones I payed for are now not available so god knows what’s going to turn up, if they turn up at all. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED BY YOU. Would add a photo if I only had what I ordered. Very bad service.

Having used eFlorist in the past, the recipients have always been pleased. Now I know they were just being polite. This order was the first time I had actually seen the product in person and was woefully disappointed. The flowers were nowhere near the quality, nor quantity of what was described. Of what arrived, a far superior product could have been sourced from my local garage and the complimentary box of chocolates were not the regular size of Lindt chocolates you would expect; but a tiny "box" containing three individual chocolates. Furthermore, the box arrived battered and bruised. Really was not worth anywhere near the price plus delivery and am deeply disappointed.

I would not give a single star. The delivery was promised for Saturday in time for a very special birthday for an elderly person nursing her dying husband. it didn't arrive. 2 days later after several messages from me to try and check the issue, it arrived. No longer a surprise, too late for the birthday, no apology, no additional gift, just a note asking me to give a review. Here it is!

If I had the choice I would not have given any star rating, the flowers did not arrive, they were addressed to my sister's address for her grandsons girlfriends birthday, but when the flowers did not arrive my sister phoned me to let me know, she then went on to tell me that when another family member sent her flowers for her birthday back in September EFlorist was also used on that occasion, and it was only by chance she looked out of her front door to see the courier leaving the flowers at the back door, which is a fire escape door for the small block of flats, he did not take them to the front of the building until she indicated for him to do so, one would think that a courier would know to go to the front of a building as there are no door numbers at the back, how the hell do people know if they have flowers delivered if the couriers are too lazy to do the job they are paid to do. I have already reported this to Paypal.
