The flowers were fine. Yodel was useless. Told us they left the flowers in the porch, the recipient does not have porch! They did not knock,ring or bang on the window. Our friends were in. We had to ring them to tell them they had some flowers, thereby spoiling the surprise. As long as you use Yodel we will not use you - a shame as all was good apart from the delivery.

I paid for chocolates to be delivered with My Mum's 90th birthday bouquet. Flowers arrived. Chocolates did not. When I complained, I was told that they would look into it. I am still waiting. I will not be using this 'service' again.

Despite advertising - and taking money for same day delivery, no flowers were delivered. Awaiting refund.

Order placed on the 1st December to be delivered on the 8th and today on the 11th it has still not delivered. Ruined my daughters birthday, absoulutely no care to your business and zero accountability. Disgusting

The flowers received was very little for the price. They were for a birthday and by the next day most of them were dead.

Florists are famed for next day delivery. You promised next day delivery but no, it was 2 day delivery leaving me looking like an idiot. Also, Evri (Hermes) really???

I am not very happy with you my order off you has not arrived at my friends bungalo she has checked every where I have been in touch with the delivery firm and they told me that the delivery was left behind the white door for which my friend does not have a white door so I recon the delivery driver delivered the order to the wrong address can you sort this out

I order flowers for same day delivery and a few hours later received a text message to say they are unable to provide the flowers. Leaving no time for me to order from somewhere else. Taken card payment from my account and not yet refunded the money. My sister 1st birthday after losing both my parents, was devastated when I received the message to say they cant do the flowers. So appalling and really upset me. Still waiting for my refund.

Ordered two by mistake. Because of your website and emailed to get it refunded and it was refused Ordered was delivered too late No phone no to call directly

Well I am still hoping to receive a response and a full refund from Eflorist, after the disappointing flowers I sent my wife on her birthday. They were not buds as promised but opened roses. Almost all the green leaves on each stem had dropped off leaving very few leaves. They looked tired and as though they had been out of water for a long time. I have never ordered from this site before and I would definitely not recommend it. They were delivered on 6th December and have well and truly peaked now 9th December. Very disappointing.

It was the worst experience , I send flower to my sister in hospital and the delivery company say that we refused the package and its not correct , we contact hospital reception and the say that no one come from delivery company , so we loose our money and no flower has been delivered , delivery company say we should contact eflorist and you say to contact them !!! We are so disappointed

The note I wrote to my friends was not included. The flowers were left but no message as to where they were and no chocolates. If I hadn’t messaged them to look for delivery flowers would have frozen outside.

Ordered flowers for my friend, drive couldn't find address and flowers wasn't delivered, but on the tracking said that left a card that we have missed you today and will try tomorrow.Clearly wasn't a case and flowers wasn't delivered at all.Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed, the flowers were wilted & looked half dead, I have used you before and always been very satisfied. It was my grandaughters special birthday and I could not visit her because of illness. but I will say that they arrived on time. I feel let down and doubt if I would use your company again.I

Not happy with them at all ‘ my flowers went to the wrong place ‘ took nearly 2days for them to get back to me ‘ for them to tell me that i could not get my money back or the flowers sent to the right address again ‘ so I will never use these people again and I will tell my friends that use them as well

Next day of the event delivery has no logic and it does not serve the purpose .birthday on 5th and delivery made on 6th and you expect the excellent words from clients. You should have been shut your services long ago but still not too late soon you will be...last line Eflorist good for nothing not bunch of flowers but bunch of idiots at eflorist .

I was disappointed with your service. They arrived a day late for my mother's 84th birthday and made me feel distraught by not getting a simple present right.You have let me down badly .
