Flowers arrived late, in poor condition and damaged packaging. I was embarrassed to have sent them. Customer service was inadequate.

Hi, I'm sorry to say that I was very upset that the rose plant did not arrive until 2days after my daughter's birthday even though I put the order in 9 days before. I live in Australia so it was important to me she received her gift on or prior to the day.

If I could have gave no stars I would, the flowers were delivered not fresh and poor quality, I emailed the very next day and have not had a response from the company

Hi, I bought some flowers for my mums birthday and felt like they did not look like the ones in the photo. Some a the rose petals were already starting to come off and die. I was just really disappointed with them on the whole.

Flowers were a big disapointment for my sister in law as a big Thank You! They looked awful - hardly any flowers at all (much less than a £4.00 garage purchase.) These flowers were meant to be worth £35.00 + £5.99 postage so £40.99 no way. See picture of flowers. Need a replacement

Flowers received didn't look anything like what I have ordered. Hugely disappointed. It's not mentioning that the delivery was quite late in the day, so the office was shut, thus delivery person just left flowers in the box on the porch on Friday evening.

Ordered flowers for my friend after she had a heart attack, she lives round the corner from me! I was away from home. Ordered flowers and put in her details including address which i know as she lives in my street, same postcode! I checked ALL details before I paid all correct! Flowers never arrived…..sent to someone in same street name in LANCASHIRE!!! Hope they enjoyed £25 of flowers! Told i cannot get a refund as i input the details!!! No i did not!!! My details were correct! Will not use you again!

2 delivery's for the same town,both for my niece's that have just lost there mum. Delivery was supposed to be Friday,when I knew they would be in. One delivery late Friday,no photo,said they were left in porch,they do not have a porch. They had to go hunt for them. Second delivery did not arrive until Saturday,not the day I wanted,as new they would be out. Definitely not a happy experience.

The flowers were fine. Yodel was useless. Told us they left the flowers in the porch, the recipient does not have porch! They did not knock,ring or bang on the window. Our friends were in. We had to ring them to tell them they had some flowers, thereby spoiling the surprise. As long as you use Yodel we will not use you - a shame as all was good apart from the delivery.

I paid for chocolates to be delivered with My Mum's 90th birthday bouquet. Flowers arrived. Chocolates did not. When I complained, I was told that they would look into it. I am still waiting. I will not be using this 'service' again.

Order placed on the 1st December to be delivered on the 8th and today on the 11th it has still not delivered. Ruined my daughters birthday, absoulutely no care to your business and zero accountability. Disgusting

The flowers received was very little for the price. They were for a birthday and by the next day most of them were dead.

Florists are famed for next day delivery. You promised next day delivery but no, it was 2 day delivery leaving me looking like an idiot. Also, Evri (Hermes) really???

I am not very happy with you my order off you has not arrived at my friends bungalo she has checked every where I have been in touch with the delivery firm and they told me that the delivery was left behind the white door for which my friend does not have a white door so I recon the delivery driver delivered the order to the wrong address can you sort this out

I order flowers for same day delivery and a few hours later received a text message to say they are unable to provide the flowers. Leaving no time for me to order from somewhere else. Taken card payment from my account and not yet refunded the money. My sister 1st birthday after losing both my parents, was devastated when I received the message to say they cant do the flowers. So appalling and really upset me. Still waiting for my refund.

Well I am still hoping to receive a response and a full refund from Eflorist, after the disappointing flowers I sent my wife on her birthday. They were not buds as promised but opened roses. Almost all the green leaves on each stem had dropped off leaving very few leaves. They looked tired and as though they had been out of water for a long time. I have never ordered from this site before and I would definitely not recommend it. They were delivered on 6th December and have well and truly peaked now 9th December. Very disappointing.
