I paid for a delivery on a Saturday which wasn’t sent and I can’t reach the tracking of the flowers I’ve also sent a delivery and then person wasn’t at the address but was taken in by some one else and u heard nothing back as to where my delivery was Absolutely shambles of a company

The flowers were never received by my daughter. They were left outside a busy theatre according to yodel. I will never use you again. I spent a lot of money so as my daughter received the bouquet on her opening night. I’m hugely disappointed and angry

I paid £60 for 100 red roses the flowers that arrived didn’t even look like roses they was so small and definitely wasn’t 100 flowers! They was half dead and to be honesty very upsetting as my partner had just passed away and I was so upset with them when they arrived and didn’t have time to get anything else.Definitely wouldn’t buy flowers from you again

I ordered flowers for my daughter on Friday to be delivered Saturday. They were delivered Monday. Not impressed. This was supposed to be a surprise it turned out to be not a very good one

Flowers were not delivered on Saturday as requested … they haven’t even arrived today (1st working day after the weekend) Very dissappointed. I want my money back.

Ordered and paid extra for flowers to be delivered on a Saturday and yet they were delivered a day later without any communication to explain why and then when were delivered they were left outside in the pouring rain by the delivery driver. Poor service all round and false information on their site regarding delivery days/times. I wouldn’t use this site again.

Flowers were dead when they arrived two days late ,mother inn law very upset would like a refund please not acceptable and I have used you a lot in the past so very disappointing

5 days after the chosen delivery date and still no delivery of the flowers and no communication from you guys! But you have sent me 2 emails asking me to review my order.

Basically paid for a delivery on a set day, received order confirmation all was ok and all would be delivered on the specific date, then received an email by Amazon saying flowers would be delivered a day late, customer services emailed saying it was mistake and they would be delivered on the date requested, flowers turned up a day late as per email from Amazon delivery, who were correct with their estimate, customer services then try to tell me flowers can be up to a day later than requested, even though they state on site flowers on a set date, asked for a refund as they didn’t meet what they said they would and remote purchase rules should apply as they didn’t meet the contract conditions and now heard nothing more So wouldn’t say don’t use them as I’m sure they get it right from time to time by other reviews, but in this instant I’d rather have used Interflora and a local florist who actually cared

Absolutely rubbish, avoid this company at all costs. 4 or 5 days of excuses and 'it'll be delivered' the next day' only to find it hasn't, on any of the occasions they said it would be. Of course, they haven't got a phone number to contact them on as this way they can hide behind their lame excuses on the computer.

I wrote a review yesterday regarding the flowers I ordered for delivery on 1/12/2022. I thought they were nice so I wrote a good review.but when I went to see my friend today, I took one look at them and thought they were absolutely awful. they are dead already. I know I paid half price for them but I did expect better quality. Really disappointed. I would have better quality from a supermarket bunch. I am sorry to say I will not be using you again

The flowers arrived bedraggled according to the recipient and had been despatched 2 days before they were delivered. No chocolates either?

Where do I start. No delivery that’s what. 2nd and 4th dec. 2 separate orders £80. Nothing came. Fuming honest. Birthday ruined I’m so angry. I want a refund.
