The ordered flowers, which were paid for, sent to a very close friend's birthday for delivery on Saturday 26th November have not arrived. Left a message with customer services and are still waiting for a reply. Very disappointing - will not use this firm again. Wlodek

I paid for next day delivery I’m still awaiting 4 days later for my flowers to be delivered very disappointed won’t be using the service again.

would like to register a complaint regarding Order which was placed on Friday 25th November. As previously stated this Order was due to be delivered on 26th. Yodel eventually delivered on Monday 28th at 21:00 hrs. The packaging was badly damaged and the flowers were beginning to die off due to the timescale of the delivery. This was brought to my attention by the recipient. I have attached several photos for you. If this not resolved I will not use or recommend your company again or Yodel who have also been advised.

It was an easy system to order from however, when the 2 bouquets arrived (separate days) with the free boxes of chocolates (that had 3 sweets in each box) the flowers were not as the image on the website. I understand that they make the images stand out to entice customers however, these bouquets were so sparse it was a let down. I actually felt embarrassed with the flowers chosen for a birthday. In order to make a decent sized bouquet both would need to be together. When the flowers were placed in the vase they looked so whimsical I almost felt sorry for them. I would never use this company again as I would rather spend the money in a local florist and at least then the bouquets would be full. Only used this company as I have been working shifts so unable to get to the local florist. I wouldn’t waste your money on them. Lesson learnt from me at the cash expense and also the embarrassment of giving them as a birthday gift!

This is the second time I have used eFlorist. Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery service was dreadful. I ordered flowers for delivery the day after next, with an expectation that they would arrive during the DAY. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered until 7pm in the evening. Really what is the point? I will not be using this service again.

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered. I ordered a large bunch but I would not call I a large bunch of flowers at all. And as for the free chocolates, four in a box is not what I call a box of chocolates. I will not be using this service anymore and I will certainly not be recommending it to my family and friends. Please if anyone reads this review DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING you will be sorry

This order was for my Grandaughter who was moving into a new home. I wanted them there on the day she moved in. I ordered them for next day delivery, which was perfect. They never arrived until the day after. I am very disappointed that you could not live up to your statement of “next day delivery” and will not bother using you again.

Check what you buy not what get Ordered medium size looks smaller than Less small made complaint all I got told Wait 48 hrs and flowers look ok this was My wife 50 birthday wanted something Special rubbish after time email get different person don’t touch, should wait to my local florist

My order was supposed to be delivered on 26/11/2022. My delivery has not arrived. Tracker says In transit since the 26th Nov Flowers will be in poor condition if they ever arrive

Hi,I have just been talking to my cousin who I sent flowers to on Thursday to cheer her up after a major operation and she told me all the roses have withered and to off the carnations were split in to on delivery this is not what I expected and I will not order from you again, this was my second order in a space off 2 weeks but will be my last. Very angry.

The flowers when delivered were on time, to the correct address and beautiful. BUT the agony of ordering had me in tears. It took time over 3 days, no help, no way of getting in touch with anyone to assist me. No way [until the flowers were on their way] of knowing if my order had been serviced, no answer to your phone number, no help or direction to 'chat' platform. Tried Eflorist and Teleflorist, gave full details to both including bank details. I have sent from Eflorist for many years and have found your service pretty good, BUT I find that I can no longer work your website. I will make one more attempt and if I experience the same awful debacle I will have to dich you and go elsewhere. Hoping for better things in the future. Yours Jan Rosthorn

small bunch of flowers given the size of vase that came with them. flowers of poor quality and 1/2 of them very dead looking and droopy within two days of delivery

Absolutely terrible service I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday and they didn’t arrive, spoke to a customer service representative and there response was it may be delivered 1-2 after your specified date , so was the logic in asking for a delivery date , will never be using this company again and I expect a full refund

I placed order online at 10.55am. Unfortunately I had the wrong address. I emailed customer services at 12.53 to change address. I received an answer 2 minutes later to say I was too late to make changes as delivery addresses are printed immediately. The website says that changes can be made if timely - I consider 2 hours later to be timely. However, I accepted that the address could not be changed. I went to the house, made arrangements with a neighbour and the new owner of the house to accept the delivery, to let me know and I would collect from them and deliver myself. Yodel made the delivery the following day. I tracked the delivery and was informed by Yodel that the delivery had been refused at the door. They recommended that I contact Eflorist to make alternative arrangements. I emailed Eflorist again but was told that as the delivery was refused it was not their responsibility but to sort out with Yodel. As neither company are prepared to help or take responsibility I gave up. I received an email two days later from Eflorist hoping that I was pleased with the service and asking for a review. Well - now you have my review - I accept that I made the initial mistake but not impressed with the service or help.
