Flowers ordered for a birthday gift. 5 days after they arrived. Limited tracking updates and was advised I should have read a disclaimer saying flowers could be 1 or 2 days late. I received a refund and my friend received a bunch of dead flowers in the end. Awful

Not much flowers in the box compared to what’s being advertised. They look a bit wilted too. This is the second time I ordered., both flowers were dry! Not happy.

I ordered them to a hotel for my girlfriends 21st birthday they didn’t arrive on the day I chose and I had no email or anything to say they’ll be late. I haven’t even received a courier email

Paid extra for a luxury bouquet but suspect I got a standard one.Poorest out of 6 bouquets for a friends retirement party.Made me look cheap and uncaring.

Do not buy from this company! Delivered flowers to my sister for her 59th birthday on the wrong date. Refused to give me a refund so agreed to let them redeliver the bouquet on the correct date and chose a different bouquet. What they delivered was a much smaller poorer quality version of the original bouquet also without water! They are now refusing to give me a refund despite the fact they have ruined my sisters 50th birthday surprise twice! I’ve had to now report them to trading standards.

No update email on the day of delivery,the flowers were,found by a neighbour on the street,very disappointed with the service provided

Bouquet was obviously not protected or tossed about in transit as most of heads had come off and wilting leaves

The flowers were sent to my sister in law,, my brother had recently died. I got a message from Yodel to say they would be delivered 19 th as requested but they then delivered them on 21st.

My flowers were left outside. No message attached even though I wrote one. It spoiled the surprise to my friend because she did not know who it was from. Very disappointed. I won’t be using you again.

Appalling quality bunch of flowers. Could’ve got a better bunch from a garage forecourt - even if the garage had closed down 2 years beforehand Won’t be buying from “this bunch” again….

I ordered the flowers from Australia to be delivered to a nursing home. Iwas sent this photo from my nephew of the flowers. They are not the ones in the middle, as he knew who they were from, but I believe they are the ones in the white vase. I can see the free chocolates behind them. I don’t know where the vase I purchased is. Very disappointed.

Flowers arrived late in the afternoon and didn't manage to give them to the person I wanted to gift them. It was not even possible to change the address. Extremely disappointing

If I could give -5 * I would. I ordered flowers (not cheap) for 17th and received 18th. They were left on the doorstep & before order could be rejected driver drove off. Complained to eflorist to be adv that 5% may not be delivered on your desired day. However, I don’t accept the advertised flowers and what I received had no comparison. I could’ve bought these from a local shop for less than £5!! I am requesting a full refund as 1. Not delivered on time and 2. Really bad quality and 3. Customer services not good. If eflorist do not refund, chargeback it will be though the credit card company. Always pay by CC is my advice then your rights protected. Had it made my sister happy receiving flowers late it would’ve been ok but she was reply upset.

Unfortunately the bunch of flowers I received for my partner looked nothing like the bunch you advertised, other than a small scaled down version, I’ve never seen such small roses, I guess if an offer looks to good it usually is.

An appalling service, they took the money then emailed me to say they couldn't supply what they had advertised so would send an alternative, but I would have to agree by 4 pm, however no means of agreeing or disagreeing in the communication and now a week later and they haven't delivered anything or returned the money back into my Account. The Customer Service email they advertised is not recognised, a total scam and wouldn't recommend to anyone

I realise that I requested same day delivery, but you offered it. I accepted your suggested substitute when you said you could not supply the flowers I originally ordered, but what delivered was not close to what you suggested. Comparison photo below. What was delivered looks very amateur.
