i WAS MOST DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LETTERBOX FLOWERS i ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY AS THEY BORE NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE WHICH SHOWED ORANGE ROSES AND A FEW IRISES. i CHOSE THIS BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER DISLIKES THE COLOUR PINK AND LOVES IRISES. SHE SENT ME A PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS SHE RECEIVED WHICH WERE PINK ROSES WITH SOME OTHER YELLOW SOMETHING. tHEY WERE ALSO VERY TINY. MY ORDER DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION. i AM ELDERLY AND LIVE SOLELY ON MY STATE PENSION AND DID THE BEST i COULD AFFORD. SORRY TO SAY AGAIN THAT i WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ASHAMED THAT i HAD SENT HER THESE FLOWERS WHICH I WOULD NEVER HAVE CHOSEN. UNFORTUNATELY I AM NOT VERY GOOD WITH TECHNOLOGY SO I CAN'T SEND YOU THE PHOTO OF THE FLOWERS THAT WERE SENT.

Daughter never received the bouquet, money taken out account very quickly, yodel we’re to deliver, very disappointed as it was for a very special occasion. Requested full refund and hopefully that will happen!! Wasn’t given a reason why they were not delivered. Will not use again or recommend to my friends and family.

My order never arrived ! It was a surprise for a retirement so was completely let down Took 5 days to get a reply about a refund will never use these again !!

I was promised my delivery would be made 15 November as per my order. Although my money has been taken, the delivery has still not been made and I have sent three separate requests for help, remedy, answers - not a single one of which has been responded to - yet this is the second request I have had to rate your service - again I ask WHAT SERVICE????

Order accepted and then cancelled too late to order same day elsewhere - third time it has happened and so won’t use again I’m afraid

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE & RIP OFF. I RECOMMEND YOU SHOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE I filled out and checked all the details then changed the date by one day. I missed that this had changed the recipient address to my own. No confirmation display of details after I clicked the order button. I realised my mistake immediately and within seconds contacted customer services. They told me it was impossible to rectify or cancel even though I had the order no. They then delayed as I complained further until the order was confirmed. They say as soon as the order is placed a package print request is directly sent to the supplier that they cannot intervene with. They have a computer system and an order number, yet in this day and age they cannot intervene to rectify a simple mistake? They did not want to and just took my money. I had to use a more reliable service. Net result was my Sister got her birthday flowers a day late and I had to pay for a bunch of flowers which came to my own home that I didn't want. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT EITHER !!!

We’re late in delivery. Courier didn’t knock at house. I got a message to say left behind fence in front garden. Informed the recipient to look outside as no delivery card left. Message written on a plain sheet of paper as birthday card apparently out of stock. No chocs or mini Baileys included. It had been raining all day so ground very wet so package very soggy. Not the nice birthday gift as advertised.

Arrived (finally) late on the night of 17th November, when they should have arrived on the 15th November. They were for a special 70th birthday. I even had to make a telephone call to you that they had not arrived on 15th. Will not use you again and will not recommend you. Mrs. Gillian Reynolds.

Flowers arrived at 5pm, roses may be recoverable, other flowers dead, all due to lack of water. Sorry no photos available as recipient is 86yrs and unable to send.

Ordered the large bunch which cost £53 pls £7 postage the flowers that arrived looked a quarter of the size of the picture on the internet. Contacted customer service and was told to wait until they bloomed. There wasn’t enough flower there so blooming made no difference. Then they have a list of what should be in the bunch. I counted and the amounts were incorrect . Then they said there was less flowers as the price of flowers had gone up. Not really my problem. Was then told there’s nothing they can do and fibbed off. Really disgusted would NEVER. Use again.

Offered a product for same day delivery, took payment then sent a text later in the day to say they can't deliver 'same day' and don't have the product for delivery the next day either.

I ordered these in reasonable time for delivery on my daughter's birthday. They did not arrive until 2 days after the day nominated. No compensation offered as there is a disclaimer! It was not clear on the web order system that this was not a local florist (I had specifically sought a local florist to ensure delivery when requested and this one came up on my search. Only when they were not delivered did I realise this was a Euro service (so not local at all) and there was no telephone number or possibility of speaking to anyone. tried live chat but no response. Email reply took more than 24 hrs. I would never use this service again and sad I wasted my money.

Extremely dissatisfied with the flowers I ordered for my ill friend. I have emailed and was told to leave it for a few days today my friend sent me photo and they are all dying off would not use again and certainly tell anyone who was looking to send flowers to avoid at all costs

Ordered a bouquet, which looked like they’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. Also they we’re supposed to come with a free box of chocolates, didn’t receive them. Overall, not very happy, won’t use again or recommend

Ordered flowers at the weekend 12/11/22, payment taken twice in error, no real issues there mistakes happen. What I do expect is someone to respond to the two emails I have sent since the weekend so that the duplicate payment is returned, not impressed at all!!

I was very disappointed with Eflorist's service. I failed see the box in which to write my card message (my fault but also an unclear order-form). Despite a long search, I could not find an email address or telephone number to correct the fault. However, despite the fact that I had provided my name, tel no., and email address, the flowers were sent without any indication of the sender's identity. The whole event was a disappointment to say the least. THE COMPANY ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY.
