The flowers for my Daughter-in-law’s Birthday arrived looked quite tired my Son said. I also thought it would have been next day delivery, not the Tuesday teatime.

Awful. Ordered same day delivery, then was messaged in the afternoon to say it will not be same day delivery. When i initially responded saying i was not happy, the order was cancelled and refunded, not even rescheduled for the following day

Order placed to celebrate the arrival of a new Baby. Ordered a Teddy Bear as an add on to the order. The Teddy did not arrive, but I was told that extra flowers had been added to the bouquet to the value of the Teddy Bear. This was defiantly not the case! No refund was offered for the missing item.

It’s a shame that you have to leave at least 1 star because I’d love to leave 0!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and selected a date (4 days in advance) Waited for the email or text to give me a time slot (still yet to get) but 2 days after they were needed! My flowers were delivered the day after needed, chucked at the back door of my house on their side, in the heavy rain!! No notification of delivery or even an attempt to knock on the door!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

I am in touch with someone called Kirsty. The delivery was a complete failure as the person for whom the flowers were intended was not notified of the delivery until I phoned on the Monday to see if she received them ok. By which time they were dead. I am trying to get a refund but there seems to be a reluctance to sort this disappointing experience out. Fay peters

Lack of delivery planning My order was for delivery on a birthday and as at 5.45pm no flowers have been received. TOTALLY USELESS COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME Would not consider this company again when ordering flowers

Paid for same day delivery for a special friends 40th birthday, 3 days later I had to follow up twice to se if they had been sent, they had not and nor was I notified. Incredibly poor service and apart from a simple apology and option of refund, no other good will gesture offered for there lack of diligence. Stay away,, this is not a heart felt company.

Flowers arrived brown and dying. Worst of all is I had ordered them as a surprise for a.famioy member. Contacted customer service to make a complaint and haven't heard back. Disappointed to say the least.

Really disappointed that the chocolates I selected with the order were not included. I feel it's bad value for the high postage cost and the missing item. There is no way to get in touch to complain about it so leaving you a review here. Flowers were ok - not amazing but ok. But if you can't honour the extra additions or options selected, don't offer the options to do that! I would have used another florist had I known.

Some flowers were damaged and the size was small and I paid for large size the pictures online do not replicate what what you receive !!! Disappointed to say the least

I am disappointed by the service. Some of the roses were damaged at delivery. I sent images and emailed Eflorist on Thursday and I have had no reply.

I have always gotten lovely flowers from E florist. This time I was very disappointed. What I ordered vs what I got.

Worst delivery service and very poor customer service. A next day delivery which i paid for did not get delivered until after 2 days which missed the birthday of the recipient. When i contacted Eflorist they did not have the curtesy to apologise but but rather sent a message that they can't comment on their poor delivery service due to data protection. I am the sender so i wonder whose data they were trying to protect by explaining the delay in delivering the flowers. Worse customer service ever experienced. I will never recommend to anyone.

The flowers arrived the box was soaked and had holes in it the flowers was terrible have pictures to prove the bunch was half dead am so disappointed as it was a bunch ov flowers for a important occasion and they didn’t match up to what I though I was purchasing, I have sent u 2 emails with pics to complain but no response!
