I ordered and paid for same day delivery and late afternoon I had a call to say they couldnt fulfill my order and it was too late to reorder such a shame but I was reimbursed almost immediatley

I booked a bouquet to be delivered on Friday 4th November for my sisters birthday. I received a message from you after 4pm to state that you were unable to honour the booking and it would be delivered the following day. This is really poor form as I paid extra for same day delivery. You shouldn’t advertise same day if you can’t commit, and charging a premium for this service strikes me as false advertising????

Ordered for my mum and dad's anniversary so excepted them to arrive in the day, they arrived very late evening which was disappointing. The flowers were lovely but the delivery time was a lot down probably won't use again.

Ordered flowers in plenty of time chose the day required as a surprise 19.10 flowers arrived most of the day had transpired very disappointed previous orders were prompt fresh on this occasion timing very poor courier also reviewed very low this is perishable products. Sadly won't be using again not for a surprise gift.

You need to change your delivery partner. I ordered for a birthday delivery, they didn’t leave with a neighbour or on the doorstep. Same thing the next day and by the third day it was last attempt. I’m unsure if they actually got delivered in the end but if they did it was three days late and presumably past their best. Will use another company in future.

It has now been sometime since we ordered the flowers from your company and they have still not been delivered and an apology was only received from you after our enquiry as to what was happening. We have not had a refund, either. Very Very disappointed

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Address ripped off . A kind lady put on the media to ask if anyone knew my Grandsons mummy as there were from him. She only had the postcode . My daughter in law had to drive quite away to get them . Using a lot of Petrol . I wasent impress with the amount of flowers either . So all in all not impressed

We placed an order for flowers and chocolates. The client had moved premises. We sent an email to the email address and have had no response where we requested that they get delivered to the new address. £35.82 was taken from the account. I asked them to call me but no one has bothered so we could reorder if required. First experience was great this one has been rubbish - will return to using interflora.

My orderWA10807354 arrived box broken chocolates missing. The courier rang my bell & had gone when l opened the door to find this broken box on the step. They were a great for my sister as she lost her husband it was 1 yr anniversary. Very upsetting.l would like to send a photo but tried but it wouldn't voMavis wi

Had an email saying that my flowers won’t be delivered as they were damaged. Email eflorist to see what will now happen, not heard anything off of them.

It was awful. The flowers were half dead and decayed. There was no chocolates with the order which should have been. There was no card message which should have been. The delivery was a hash, updated with wrong info. Not Good
