Having ordered flowers for my sister in-laws 60th Birthday i was shocked & horrified to find out that they were not delivered & very embarrassed when I emailed to find out what had happened I was messaged to say someone would get back to me within 24 hours, well its been 3 days & no response if i said this is the worst experience i have ever had i would not be lying can not believe how ashamed I am to do this to my sister in-law having just lost my brother.

Awful flowers - really embarrassing Could’ve got nicer from our local fuel station dropping after 1 day and poor quality Would not recommend

I had to change address, which was prior to courier despatch ING but nothing could be done. Had to cancel the order, with no subsequent delivery and no chance of voucher or (partial) refund

I have used their service before and returned because I thought they offered an excellent service. Boy was I surprised. I placed another order and it wasn’t delivered and when I brought it to their attention the person dealing with it was rude, via email? Email you know! I am so disappointed.

Very disappointed I wouldn't buy her again, the bunch of 50 roses recived was cheaper quality doesn't looks as in the original picture.

Send a sympathy bouquet to our friends, I ensured the free chocolates were removed but unticking the box, but they sent them anyway!! Very embarrassing and inappropriate, not much by way of an apology either!!!

Very poor quality, maybe because I paid extra for next day delivery but only received the flowes three days later. No only did the gift completely miss the ocation, not happy will not be using this company again

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday ( my friends birthday ) received a text in the afternoon advising you could not find a florist who could deliver on that day .. So I had to choose another day which is today 3 days after her birthday, have now just had en email advising delivery between 1900 and 2100 . very upsetting

My Neice never received flowers for the 28h Oct as i requested luckily neighbour was going downstairs y'day 30th & noticed them lying on ledge & handed them in to her she was delighted with the lovely flowers. OBVIOUSLY the Couriers fault. I could not get through to EFlorist very frustrating, I contacted RESOLVER expained & straight away then later on cancel my complaint. I won't be buying again. )

Delivery did not arrive, customer services could not locate my order at first. When they did they said there was a problem and it had not been delivered. Customer service dreadful in that it is only via email ...no telephone line and the customer services would not call me. It says there is a chat facility but it was never turned on when I tried it during the hours it should have been live. So all very protracted and prolonged communications meaning that the surprise of flower delivery for our very sad occasion was missed. Advice - do not use

I ordered on Monday morning, I tried to make changes but was told I couldn’t as it was next day delivery and then my order was lost, I contacted you on Thursday and you sent another order out on Thursday and the flowers arrived late Saturday and were wilted, dry & looked awful, I’ll be calling your customer services again in the morning, I’m embarrassed for my recipient.

No flowers received. I contacted customer services and they refused to acknowledge or provide refund or options. Completely unacceptable, you kept my money and I have no flowers!! Disgusting really.

Recipient has not recieved her flowers. Very cross and frustrated. Supposed to arrive by following day. Got message to say they will arrive friday. (yesterday) its saturday late evening now and still not turned up. Have to messafe them to chadse it up. Not happy. Nevee happened before. Dissapointed.
