Yodel failed to deliver on Saturday because they couldn't find the York Barbican Theatre - it's not exactly small or unknown so there's no excuse - just pathetic. Maybe they should find a driver who speaks English or can use Google on his phone. If he had bothered Google would have taken him straight to it street by street. I spent two hours waiting for their non-existent chat on their website and when I eveuntally bludgeoned my way through to someone at 3 p.m. through a very hard to find link I was told it was too late. 3 p.m. - for goodness sake - give a service or apply to go on benefits and find a food bank to scounge off. That was the Saturday order. Now for the Sunday one: Yodel don't work on Sundays so although your website states at the top that you deliver on Sundays you don't which is fraudulent and a downright lie. They delivered the following day by which time the concert was over and she was halfway down the M1 heading home. You are useless, your website is misleading and needs changing to take the Sunday dates out of the calendars. You've got one more delivery to make for me and after that you won't be hearing from me again. I'll go elsewhere. Utterly useless and very very distressing! Are you going to give me my money back or just bury your heads in the sand?

No confirmation email to say flower were delivered. Only 5 flowers, nothing like was advertised Delivered late on the day From reading others reviews I am lucky but they were rubbish Will not use them again, too stressful and disappointing

Everything was good except the end product, disappointing that we received a small bunch of flowers despite paying for a large, puts us off ordering online again

Order was not delivered on the requested and paid date. Even after 48 hours - tracking says still on its way. Finally cancelled the order as not serving the purpose. No response to emails on the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend.

If my business was consistently this poor, I’d stop paying for review services. Order didn’t arrive as promised. Zero weekend customer service. When after two days the order arrived, a refund of the ‘service charge’ seemed like an insult, especially given the recipient had left. Wish I’d read the reviews before I bought.

Very disappointed with the delivered product. In no way the quantity as in the photo used in the advert (See attached 2 photos) AND I paid for the largest delivery. Deffo NOT worth £31.98.

Ordered flowers for a Golden Wedding anniversary 3 days in advance but delivered a day after the requested day. When delivered the courier Yodel dropped them over the garden gate and left them in the rain without telling the recipient they were there. The tracking of the delivery showed the courier had 179 deliveries to make that day, hardly hand delivered by a local florist as your advert states, When the recipient found rain soaked box of flowers (I was able to tell them they had been delivered) gone past the bud state due to time in transit for 2 days "at the local depot". The flowers thankfully recovered after 24 hours in some water and looked very nice. Pity so let down by the delivery system.

The box arrived torn open down one side and the card was missing so my recipient had no idea where they came from. The flowers were nice though.

I have already sent a complaint email to Customer Services and placed a review on Trust Pilot and as yet had no reply Disgusted with Eflorist and the quality and service

Unbelievable how few flowers actually come in comparison to the pictures online. Exceptionally poor value for money for what would cost £5 in Tescos

No note attached and the flowers were like a £5 supermarket bunch. Felt ashamed having them delivered to mark the anniversary of my friends baby’s death. The fact that they were supposed to cost even more less the discount is even more shocking! Plus they arrived in the evening not next DAY!

terrible flowers. I definitely do not advise. On the website there is a beautiful expensive bouquet, they bring a cheap broom. It does not match the picture at all

The worst flowers I have ever had hardly any flowers in bunch and what arrived were in poor condition with petals falling off certainly not as shown in picture have twice emailed requesting full refund funny no reply to either email
