The worst flowers I have ever had hardly any flowers in bunch and what arrived were in poor condition with petals falling off certainly not as shown in picture have twice emailed requesting full refund funny no reply to either email

Only gave 1 star because you can’t comment unless you select a star! Flowers could not have been more different if you tried! I get some stem subs due to seasonality but not sub all the stems? Why not sell flowers that are in season instead? I chose the flower I did because if the beautiful purples were to compliment a home and the thistles to represent Scotland. To say I am beyond disappointed is an understatement. To think i gave you almost £50 to send a very dear friend flowers and I could have got better at the petrol station! Please do NOT use these florists! I have not had a reply to my email. So rude and very unprofessional.

Paid for next day delivery and they were not delivered next day. Also the chocolates were not delivered. The flowers do not look as ordered. Disappointed and will not use again. Waste of money.

I have use EFlotist a few times My last order I was very disappointed The Roses only lasted 2 1/2 days before they dropped

I ordered bold blooms flowers for my mum on her birthday who is suffering with terminal cancer and lives 200 miles away from me but for some awful reason she received white roses which had brown bits on the leaves and flower heads. I was so upset , my mum deserves better. I’ve also tried to contact customer services twice to sort this out and I’ve had no reply. All I got was a review link so here is my review everyone , not good! And I’m not normally a person to moan but this really upset me trying to make my mum smile but that didn’t happened at all.

It was particularly my fault in providing the wrong delivery address. However, I wasn't happy with the customer service I received as a result. Simply refering me to terms and conditions then dismissing me.

Flowers were not in bud when they arrived , they had no life in them even after doing what it said on the instructions. Very disappointed tried to contact customer services but had no response at all . I would not recommend these to anyone ! Had to go out and purchase more flowers as these were for a very special person
