I ordered 2 items by mistake.Immediately, I tried to cancel one, but I could not find a way of going back on the web site to enable me to cancel.I then e mailed hoping I could cancel.I understand e florist said more notice would have to be given.If I had been able to talk to a person I am sure we could have come to an agreement. In future I will visit a local florist to see someone in person. I will not be using this method again.

The delivery was late. It went to the wrong address with no notice coming to us. The box and the flowers looked like they had been beaten up. The flowers were not 'In Bud' as advertised. When I emailed 'Sophie' I had no reply!

The flowers were fine. It’s the smallest box of chocolates you’ve ever seen. They were free I suppose though. The problem was I specifically wanted the 13th for an anniversary. They were delivered on the 14th. I did order on the 12th for next day. Unhappy wife, unhappy life.

You failed to deliver on the day I asked for as the person it was meant for had they had to actually go to work on Friday to get them. So took the element of surprise out of the gift. Never use you again.

Flowers eventually arrived at destination and satisfied with the presentation. However, has a email to suggest they were delivered..not the case. A day later, they arrived and delivered by a manager of an Elderly people's home two roads from the address? Earlier in the year, has the same message for my anniversary..delivered..which was not the case. Sent a photo on the two occasions showing where they left the flowers..not the intended address!!! First time received refund..didn't make up for the error. Second time sent a complaint followed by advising the second order was delivered..but not by the courier. Got an email back with a sorry I didn't get the flowers? The delivery company...Y**el* failed twice to deliver to the correct address and the emails are obviously not read. The second lot delivered by the elderly people's home was impressive. Ordering was straight forward.Two occasions, not delivered on time at the correct address..As long as they go through this courier company, I have no confidence placing another order going forward. Very disappointed.

Flowers were supposed to of been delivered on Friday, then you said Saturday now it won't be until Monday. I am discussed with your service.

the size of the bouquet was the same as a £6 bunch from morrisons ...what a rip off !! I wouldn't be at all surprised if your bought supermarket bunch and just re packaged !

The flowers that arrived were awful, they looked half dead and certainly nothing like the picture on the website, very disappointed and will not be ordering again from this place.

Delivery was incredibly fast, however the quality that you get delivered for what you pay is FAR from acceptable, the bunch I bought my partner must have 5stems 6 maximum with flowers on in what looks like a bunch of 8-12 in most flowers. Understandably not bloomed yet but even that wouldn’t save the bunch once fully bloomed. There are rips tears in the leaves, petals all over the box which isn’t meant to happen to fresh badly bloomed flowers. Horrendous won’t be purchasing again.

Try to order flowers on Sunday the payment didn't go through, pressed back to try to order, the order then doubled the flowers ordered, pressed proceed thinking I could delete one item, oh no the payment went, emailed company no response. When flowers arrived both bouquets there was only enough flowers put together to make one, won't be using company again

I have just recieved the flowers that I ordered for my wife's birthday. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the flowers that she has recieved. The box that they came in was battered and broken, when I said something to the driver, he did not care and when she opened the box half of the flowers were dead and some were just stems of flowers (no flower) This is not up to your usual high standards that I have recieved in the past Please can someone help me with this issue

Flowers were late and all I got was a cold response that “in our disclaimer we sat we only deliver 95% on time” Flowers were good quality if not a little dried out on arrival

My Mother's 90th Birthday flowers were delivered a day late, in a box and dry. They arrived with instructions on how to trim the stems, put in water, and they'd perk up in 24 to 48 hours. Very poor customer service. No empathy or scruples. I wrote to them three times. No refund. They are ignoring my emails now. It's a big automated company that processes 50,000 orders at a time. I don't recommend it. For special occasions and loved ones, go elsewhere!

The flowers weren’t delivered until evening and when the recipient opened the box all the heads were off the flowers. The arrangement was in disarray. Very embarrassing for me as the flowers were a birthday gift. Deeply disappointed about this and so I will probably not use eflorist again in the future. 😢

Not a good experience, broken stems and flowers open when delivered, not in bud as described. Will not be using again.

Need a good reliable courier I had to chase them and told to contact the seller if I wanted a refund I think it was their job to contact myself and Eflorist to let us know what was happening I was very disappointed 😞
