I ordered a bouquet of £50 roses for my friend’s silver anniversary on 10th October but there were only 48 and they were very small and didn’t last 3 days even. Putting the pics. I’d like to speak to someone regarding this issue. Thanks

Online ordering service was easy, delivery was prompt and great communication. Flowers were absolute rubbish. I paid £33.99 for a large bunch plus postage and I could have got better from the supermarket for £10! I emailed to complain and was told I just have to wait for them to blossom as they send them fresh and just buds. Even without them blooming they were blooming rubbish. Never use this company. Customer satisfaction rubbish

Sorry, im aware this will be a problem with Royal Mail BUT my order still has not been delivered after paying for next day delivery. Should have arrived on Sat 15th October so ive had a pretty poor experience and service

The flowers were not delivered and trying to get a response from someone is a joke, don't recommend these, I'm very disappointed

I ordered a "luxury" version of one of your items. What was delivered to my friend most certainly was not "luxury". I sent a complaint and received a dismissive response. Honestly, does the delivered item look ANYTHING like the advertised version on your site? What a rip-off. The only thing you got right was that it was delivered on time. I shall never buy from you again.

Would never buy from again flowers were half dead when arrived and some were broken less then a week and they were completely dead got put in the bin after 4 days

My flowers have not yet even delivered. I don’t know where they are. I ordered it to be delivered a week in advance for the 15th of October and they still haven’t arrived yet? By the time they get there or if they get there they are going to be in terribly condition. It was a bday gift and her bday has passed. I want a full refund. Terrible service. 1 star is even too much. It should be no stars. Truly disappointing. Never again.

I was extremely unimpressed by what I ordered verses what was received. A work colleague recently lost a friend in death. I ordered a large bouquet and what arrived was anything but. There were hardly any flowers so I dread to think what a small bouquet looks like!! I could have gone to a corner shop or petrol station and picked up something better. I was highly disappointed by what was received.

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday but she unexpectedly had to work abroad. I requested the flowers to be delivered 3 days later (I gave 3 days notice of request). This was declined. I contacted Customer Service and magically my request was accepted. When the flowers arrived there were not many, nothing like the order. Also there were only 3 Lindt chocolates. Very disappointed. Photos below.

Hi, I ordered my mom flowers for her anniversary.To say I’m disgusted is a understatement.I ordered them to be delivered for 14-10-22 which was fine no problems with delivery.I’m disgusted about the amount I paid £28 .There was hardly any flowers for that amount of money .Also I went to my moms 16.10.22 to find them all bent over drooping .I will never order from here again !Photos snt!

Ordered flowers from Eflorist for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, Eflorist uses Yodel. Needless to say, the flowers didn't arrive on the birthday, but the day after. Won't be using Eflorist again.

I ordered 2 items by mistake.Immediately, I tried to cancel one, but I could not find a way of going back on the web site to enable me to cancel.I then e mailed hoping I could cancel.I understand e florist said more notice would have to be given.If I had been able to talk to a person I am sure we could have come to an agreement. In future I will visit a local florist to see someone in person. I will not be using this method again.
