My order went thru online but later in the day I received a message saying they can't deliver my order. So, an alternative was provided. I have no choice as I needed it, too late to go with another florists, so I agreed with the alternative, I added some add-ons to match my previous order, with two days late as my previous schedule on my previous order was Friday but the alternative was on Monday so they said. The order arrived Monday. Not satisfied with what I've got compare with the price. To be honest, the £10 from Asda is much better than the arrangement of £35 from this supplier. Even the add-ons that I selected did not all arrive. One add-on missing. Even the birthday greeting card that I requested was not there. They said it's not printed, so they just write it in a piece of paper, together with the receipt. I was so disappointed. I can't recommend their service, sorry.

No flowers were delivered. Company is just an agent for other florists and they couldn’t find anyone to do it. Best they could offer was a courier delivery of different flowers several days after my sister’s birthday. Read the others reviews too - wish I had!

Disappointed!!!! - The size of the bouquet which was received - was similar to one from a supermarket for a 1/3 of the cost - nothing like the image on the web page, Also - 2 flowers in the bunch of about 10 -in the bunch also look in poor quality won't last 2/3 days I bet

I bought flowers for my wife to be delivered to her work place for our wedding anniversary. For Friday the 11th of November got a text message and a email to confirm the delivery for the Friday saying delivery will be before 11 o’clock in the morning. On that Friday at 2 o’clock in the afternoon I emailed EFlorist asking about the delivery the email me back promptly saying I will receive my flowers on Friday the 11th. So as a good customer I took their word for it but the flowers never turned up. Now that resulted me having to run around and finding new flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I received a text message on Saturday the 12th of November about 2 o’clock in the afternoon that the flowers had been delivered ( at my wife work place where there will be no one there till Monday morning.) by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers and will never use them again and I have emailed EFlorist and still no reply!!

Could not find a courier. What sort of a business offers a service that they cannot deliver? Received a phone call from someone clearly working form home - blaring TV in the background. Told them to cancel my order, did not receive refund . They did however manage to add me to their junk mail list. Why on earth would I want junkmail from an incompetent company who can't do the job they advertise

Honestly? Never again. I order online/letterbox flowers for various gifts and understand tight buds are sent for longevity etc. However, the first order I made with this company was shocking. I think my order was put together at the end of the day with stems swept up off the floor. I had to apologise to my Mother for these looking so pathetic! Really disappointed as after a few days they still look shocking and sparse! £17.98 wasted!

Paid extra for a large flowers and when received I could only count 6 roses, I wouldn't like to see their small. No reply to messages when contacting them, when I finally did they couldn't find my order.

Came home from Spain Friday expected to see a great display of flowers and what l saw were half dead flowers l will not be ordering any more . Disappointed to say the least only delivered on Wednesday.

I paid over £50 to have the flowers delivered next day, they didn’t get delivered until 2 days later, when I kept contacting them they said they were in transit and that the flowers were actually ordered to be delivered on the 9th November. Considering my father died on the 8th, I think I know when I ordered them for!!! It is another online cowboy run outfit, I wish I’d have checked trustpilot before ordering. Avoid at all costs, they say on the website …… 2. Can I track my delivery? On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking information. This will usually arrive by 11am but may be later. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. You never receive any tracking info, any emails, no order numbers etc Use interflora, I wish I had

Ordered flowers, then got a message to say they weren’t in stock and offered another not as nice. Had to cancel and order elsewhere which delayed flowers being received by a further day.
