The flowers arrived bedraggled according to the recipient and had been despatched 2 days before they were delivered. No chocolates either?

Where do I start. No delivery that’s what. 2nd and 4th dec. 2 separate orders £80. Nothing came. Fuming honest. Birthday ruined I’m so angry. I want a refund.

The flowers didn't arrive. I had a call from a delivery driver the next day which was no good as I'd missed my anniversary. Won't be using eflorist again

There are know word's for the dreadful service I recieved from your company. I hope people read this and don't make the same mistake and order from you. Your company wouldn't even communicate with me

Didn’t get the order! 4 days later it still isn’t here. You have to wait a whole day just for a reply on their email service. My mum had a day off i told her to wait in for a surprise as a Thankyou for how much she’s helped me and nothing turned up. I only used the company as they offered next day delivery. £25 later we still have nothing.

No flowers turned up. No communication to say there would be a delay. No communication to say when they would be delivered. Email sent to to ask for information.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EFLORIST. They first charged me twice, when I enquired about this they cancelled my order by accident, they then sent a replacement order which DID NOT TURN UP. Completely unreliable and incompetent service. Avoid unless you want grey hairs from stress.

Failed to deliver on the day requested, without an explanation. Did re-deliver two days later at no extra cost, but bouquet smaller than expected

The box was damaged . Flowers we're squashed. Wasnt happy at all. There were for my mother in law. Who was recovering from cancer operation. Was thinking would be nice treat for her. I could tell she was very grateful for the thought, but i was vrry disappointed with them. Wont be ordering from you again.

I want my money back ,I don't want to win it back .the flowers were late dead and not fit for purpose. How dare you continue to advertise as you do. Judging by many others on trust point I am just o e of many.

I ordered a medium bouquet with a card, I wrote the wrong words inside, 2 minutes after I ordered it, I emailed them immediately to cancel my order, so that I could order another one with right wording. I got a email back +- 2 hours later saying it’s to late to cancel. So now I got 2 bouquets costing me nearly £60 +…..I wanted it delivered the same day…..no it’s to late…..I asked if it’s possible in the morning…..we can’t promise bla bla bla. The “flowers” came…….was left outside the door no bell rang. My goodness what an absolute disgrace for what I got for my money….limp tiny flowers plenty of green rubbish….if I hold the w bunches of buds/flowers together there must have been 10 flowers and 5 green bush rubbish. The flowers that they advertise is very very deceiving nothing like the rubbish you receive……absolute appalling customer service…..outrageously expensive for what you get. I would never ever recommend anyone to use this rip off company! Disgusting
