Flowers were delivered but in a terrible state half were dead and look brown and not attractive. Also I thought they would be in a box but they were just wrapped in plastic. Shame as could have been good.

They couldn’t fulfil the request as I didn’t want the flowers to be Christmassy as it would be inappropriate. They called to say they couldn’t get a florist to do them even if I waited a few days for delivery. In other words the couldn’t be bothered probably because they were the cheapest! Don’t bother using them although the refund came through in a couple of days

My flowers should have been delivered on Saturday 17th December. Apparently they arrived about 5pm on Monday. Flowers were all dry and left upside down in the porch!! What a waste of money! I have emailed you twice today and have had no reply. Absolutely disgusted!!!!! I AWAIT YOUR COMMENTS

Yodel delivery driver left the flowers in a shed ...no photo ... recipient who was unwell tracked them down but not until the next day...very disappointed with this experience.

Flowers looks like from petrol station after 72 hours of waiting before served . Absolutely rubbish, never order again!

The flowers were not received by my friend to whom I sent them. Yodel said they left them on the front porch but nothing was received. Either they were stolen or not delivered.

Absolutely disgraceful. Two orders placed only one delivered on designated day. No confirmation of second orders being sent so did not deliver one of my orders on the elected day and no reason why. Emailed to advise non delivery and they must have rushed to send the broken dead flowers to my I’ll mother in law

Never again, ordered flower for a birthday (next day delivery)16th Dec, still not delivered but have been out for delivery since the 15th according to tracking so if they do turn up they are likely to be a mess, also unable to contact anyone regarding the delivery so ponce again (NEVER AGAIN )

Flowers looked amazing on the website.What I received for £35 was 5 half dead flowers in a box that I was too embarrassed to give to the person for their Birthday

Delivery was a day late, missing my friends birthday, flowers were in her words 'worse for wear'. Very disappointed, will not be using this company again.

Flowers arrived at the end of the day (past 6.30pm) and since they were for a birthday it was a bit too late. The box was open and the flowers came frozen. Tried to revive them but it was impossible. Had to throw them in the garbage the next day. Very disappointing.

The flowers arrived, a couple broken stems, the others half dead! You should be ashamed of yourselves, what a ripoff! Worst things is, I had ordered a second bunch for my mothers, which have yet to arrive, i dread to think what state they will be in!

It’s probably more the delivery peoples fault, but the flowers arrived looking like they had been used as the football in the World Cup final. I will give e-florist their due, as soon as they revived the complaint a new bunch of flowers was dispatched. Im still waiting to hear from the recipient about the condition of the new batch

I got told feeds had been delivered and they hadn’t so I rang up and they said they will sort it, AGAIN two days later they said they had been delivered and AGAIN not received so had to use a different company so now waiting to see if I can get a refund! I’m disappointed as I spent a lot of money on this delivery
