I ordered and paid for a large bouquet so that there would be an extra abundence of blooms but there was half a dozen buds which upon querying had they sent a large bouquet they responded with a yes we send buds so they bloom and fill out. I understand that but it is a lot of money when you pay for quantity as well as quality and not half half a dozen buds and hope when they bloom they fill the vase! Disappointed not value for money and there are better florists out there that are far better! So large in this case is definitely not better!!

Flowers arrived in a squashed torn thin cardboard box. Flowers were dying after two days when they should have been in full bloom! (Won't allow me to download a photo on here) Completely spoilt the surprise, day and Anniversary occasion. Should have gone to local supermarket and bought a bouquet from there for less money and more flowers! Got a refund but won't be using them again.

I ordered four lots of flowers for my daughters and daughters in-law on the 1st of December to all arrive on the 3rd. Three arrived on the right day but were almost dead and didn't last 24 hours, and one bunch arrived two days later completely dead. They were very embarrassed having to tell me, and I was very upset hearing it. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from yourselves again and wasting my money

Gift of the Christmas basket & candle gift was left on the doorstep in the rain. The basket was but bedraggled, but the next day they was wilting, and third dead. The price for this was not cheap and I expected it to last a bit longer. I will not order anything in the future.

I had a quite high expectations but I am really disappointed because I paid for delivery in advance and for certain date. But on the date Amazon text me that the purchase is delaying. So, they delivered the flowers on the next day after the birthday, frozen and wilted. No one rang the bell, just left them on front door for one hour because I called the recipient to collect them.

The flowers were basically dead, The stems were bone dry, Brown no moisture to them, Half the flowers were dead, What a complete waste of money, Ile never ever buy of Eflorist again !

Ordered my flowers for a birthday gift on the Monday for guaranteed delivery on the Friday. Flowers did not arrive still at depot. Spoiled the birthday surprise. Flowers were finally delivered late on the Saturday. Stems all wilted. Not a very helpful response from customer service. Would not use again.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday costing almost £60, when they arrived the delivery company just left them outside in the rain they did not ring the door bell or knock. The display did not in any way resemble the photograph on their website. Whilst I appreciate there have to be replacements due to time of year and availability the bouquet was well below standard and I could have had a better display from Tescos at a fraction of the price. Have contacted the company numerous times and have had an email to apologise but no offer of compensation. To add insult to injury they keep sending generic emails asking me to rate their service which I have done but obviously they do not read them as they keep sending them but have not responded to my comments. wish I had never used them very disappointing product and equally disappointing service. Not recommended

Placed order & had delivery date confirmed, however flowers were delivered a day later & they had wilted due to being out of water. I don't recommend & certainly will not be using this service again.

If you want a bunch of foliage and less flowers then eflorist delivers! I paid £33.98 for exactly that, a Large bouquet, supposedly, got loads of foliage, a medium bouquet size only. Have complained, but told to wait for the buds of flowers to open and see then the flowers I have, are they having a laugh? I can count how few they are, do not recommend .

Disappointed my 17 year old son ordered flowers for his girlfriend for their anniversary, well in advance so had the delivery which states between 1 _ 2 days been highlighted he could have ordered them for a day earlier then they would have arrived on time. Poor and to make matters worse unable to speak to anyone all communication by Live chat. Very disappointed would not use or recommend again

Contacted to complain about late delivery, courier issue as they had the flowers for more than24 hours.flowers flattened and wilted, nothing like the images and did not recover. Most annoying part was I got no response. Not using this service again.
