“Easy to use website, lower price than competitors. Wide variety of options, good quality flowers and chocolates, delivered on time to right address with regular updates on delivery. Would recommend and use again thanks Eflorist regards JB”

“Flowers purchased for my best friends birthday were delivered half dead and with broken stems. My friend photographed the flowers expressing her dismay that such beautiful flowers were delivered in such a poor state. I’ve complained to EFlorist customer service with no response whatsoever. Extremely disappointed, I will never use them again and would not recommend unless you want to send flowers ready for the compost heap.”

“I sent a roses and lilies bouquet for a friend's 94th birthday, as she was so thrilled with the quality and freshness..I ordered the same again for another friend's birthday! Who was also very impressed and thrilled by the bouquet! That was ordered the day before it was actually delivered. Highly recommend.”

“Wonderfully easy website to follow and such affordable prices. I was able to find the perfect bouquet for a very particular mother in law and the little extras I was able to add made her very happy. “The courier didn't ring the recipient's doorbell and the flowers were left for some hours on the doorstep on a hot day before they were found. The roses and freesias were of poor quality and did not recover from their courier's lazy treatment. I shall not use Eflorist again.”

“Do not use; Flowers spent the day in a box in a hot delivery drivers van and were dead due no water. Had to chase delivery driver as he delivered to wrong address and didn't care. They have no control over the paid for delivery times and don't get me started on the customer service responses - DONT WASTE TOUR MONEY LIKE I DID”

“I bought flowers for my cousin 79 th birthday in London, I live in Bristol. Flowers were beautiful and given frer chocs amazing value. I will definitely order flowers from this company again, was delivered on time with tracking of delivery on the front time ordered until delivery date Excellent.”
