“Easy to place order. Order confirmed by email. I had an enquiry regarding delivery address. Customer service very helpful on the telephone. Happy with service so far. Flowers due to arrive on Thursday.”

“Flowers arrived on day expected and were of good quality . However you may want to reconsider using Yodel as a delivery agent. The box was damaged and was left outside the house with no one knocking. The tracking app 15 minutes after delivery still shows them as undelivered. I have attached a pic of the box. I would suggest using dpd instead!”

“Easy site to us, only complaint is regarding the first time customer discount ... this code should be shown at checkout, Not via email which will be found when you have completed the checkout process, hence I was unable to add the code and receive my discount.”

“I found the website easy to use and the delivery was perfect. Regarding the flowers they arrived in perfect condition and mostly still buds so will bloom into the perfect bunch. The reason for a 4 star review is they are smaller than expect but that could be because they haven’t yet bloomed. And most importantly they cheered my mum up!”

“Good service and delivery on time. Only downside was that the flowers included roses which had been on the delivery van for too long. However, they soon recovered once they were in water.”
