“Was kind of disappointed with the real life product. The picture looked beautiful but was nothing like what was received. Wouldn’t have paid £40 for the bunch that was received.”

“Flowers delivered in bud as stated on the website. They are beautiful now the roses have opened and the carnations are just beginning to open. I received them on Monday and it’s now Wednesday.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my sister in law . I wanted it delivered earlier in the morning just when she was waking up and guess what ? It was delivered on TIME and the flowers were looking very nice , I couldn’t be more happier. She was very happy with the surprise . I will highly recommend EFlorist , 🔝 Level .”

“Sent some flowers to my cousin as a thank you. She sent a picture of them to say thank you back. I was disappointed to see that there weren't as many stems as the picture I saw when I ordered them. It was a 50% offer with free chocs, but it looked like the number of flowers were halved too and not sure if she got the free chocs as she didn't mention them.”

“I tried to stop the order as it was going to wrong address I was told the ordered had been cancelled And would get a full refund 4 hrs later I get told your order is still being delivered …. To the wrong address I then had to contact the delivery company Who also left at wrong address And when my 50 sweet heart roses were tracked down They were very small and not worth the money”

“I used EFlorist on 2 occasions recently. The office side was very clear and easy to navigate. The result according to the recipients was very good. I tried to get the discount for the second order but it was not accepted. I was disappointed.”

“Hi sent flowers for someone's birthday. When received them she phoned to say how beautiful they were and she hadn't received flowers like them in along time . And asked where I got them from so she could use your company to send flowers.”

“Told the flowers was going to be delivered on Sunday for the birthday on that day which they wasn't so false advertising not happy. flowers were nice but there could have been more in them for the value Sorry won't be shopping with you again.”
