“I ordered a bouquet and box of chocs for an anniversary. They were delivered by a friendly, cheerful local florist in a timely manner on the day requested. The bouquet was of decent size and good quality. The only reason I have not given 5 stars was because I had expected to receive an email confirmation of the order, but nothing was received. Overal I was very pleased.”

“Online ordering service was easy, delivery was prompt and great communication. Flowers were absolute rubbish. I paid £33.99 for a large bunch plus postage and I could have got better from the supermarket for £10! I emailed to complain and was told I just have to wait for them to blossom as they send them fresh and just buds. Even without them blooming they were blooming rubbish. Never use this company. Customer satisfaction rubbish”

“Sorry, im aware this will be a problem with Royal Mail BUT my order still has not been delivered after paying for next day delivery. Should have arrived on Sat 15th October so ive had a pretty poor experience and service”

“Great service, order three different bouquets to be delivered the next day. All were delivered on time and exactly as the pictures showed. The price was excellent and there was a free box of chocolates also included.”

“The flowers were not for myself, they were a thank you gift for the lovely lady who looked after our group of Tesco pensioners, arranging lunches, and other activities. She has now stepped down from looking after our Worcester group, so we wanted to say a huge thanks. I contacted her to ask the condition of the flowers. They arrived in good condition, and she was thrilled to receive them. Ordering was easy, the flowers arrived on time, and I would recommend EFlorist in the future.”
