“Was rather taken back at the pic sent by daughter on receipt of her flowers.....they did not contain the asiatic lillies in the photo that I ordered............did not as far as I could see have the free chocs with order................she was pleased but she particularly likes lillies which Is why I ordered particular flowers. Ordering from overseas - so wary in future. Dallas”

“Although my daughter-in-law said she was happy with the flowers I was not happy, there didn't seem to be many flowers there at all, & also supposed to have a free box of chocolates that never arrived”

“I ordered a £49.99 bouquet of flowers plus a £6.99 box of chocolates. The box of chocolates were never delivered and the flowers were a very small bunch. Plus delivery costs to. Total of £64.91. My friend sent me a picture because she was so happy to receive them….I was shocked at the small size of the bouquet for £49.99. And you guys asked me for another photo and to tell my friend to put the flowers in a different vase so they can bunch up better. I was not going to embarrass my self by asking for mother photo, just to do a stem count. Next time I will just get a giant bouquet from Waitrose for £30.- and some really nice chocs….all for less that what I paid at yours.”

“Been a customer at least 3yrs now. Overall always a good service. Punctual delivery most of the time, prices are quite good, and averagely competitive. Budget options are a bit limited, but flowers are always lovely. Fresh and last quite well. My son was pleased with his 'new home' suprise gift. Any flowers unavailable are substituted for equal if not better arrangements,as was the case this time. Recomended.”

“We brought these flowers for my sister birthday and she phoned to tell me how beautiful they were and also they received a book explaining about flowers which is a very personal touch well recommended to use these people's flowers x”

“The delivery was on time and the flowers were in good condition, however web site Images are a bit of a bluff, very stingy on the amount of flowers, I will resume using M&S as you get more for your money. I was trying Eflorist out as an alternative but not for me unfortunately.”

“My order was delivered on time. My daughter in law mess to thank me and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I have so many problems with on line florists in the past. It is such a relief to finally find one that delivers excellent service. I will definitely use EFlorist in the future”

“What an excellent service! I requested same day delivery and the hand-tied bouquet arrived within a few hours. The quality of the flowers within the bouquet was superb AND exactly as described. Too many times I am disappointed with the quality of the flowers I personally receive, as some companies take advantage of the fact that you probably won't complain when someone has gone to a lot of trouble. This bouquet was fresh and vibrant, beautifully presented and well worth the money.”

“I am very happy indeed with the flowers. They are beautiful and superbly packaged. What I am not so happy about is the fact that the courier just dumped the package on my doorstep without ringing the doorbell. I am in an upstairs flat, and if I had not gone to the door in response to a visitor I would not have known the flowers had been delivered.”
