“The flowers were nice and delivery fine but there was no gift/message card with them say who they were from. The result was that my cousin was rather disappointed in the end to find out she didn't have a secret admirer after all!! She didn't mention any free chocs and I didn't like to ask in case they were missing as well, but the gift of flowers did cheer her up on her lockdown birthday!”

“Our daughter loved her flowers and they still look lovely ten days later, the only disappointing part was no card saying who they were from and she didn't know and we wondered why she never called us to thank us. I had to call her and ask if she had received them. Apart from that she loved her gift.”

“Very happy with the peonies sent to our niece who had just finished 6yrs of uni. So i ordered tulips for my sister's birthday on 30th, fingers crossed for this. You can't grumble with price or ease of ordering.”

“Online service a doddle. Easy to find what you want. Fair/average pricing. Next day delivery spot on. Flowers not delivered in person, just left at front of shop(Maybe due to Covid-19). But still no customer interaction. And flowers seemed almost dead on arrival. Wife said they looked very sad, thus really defeating the grand gesture in the first place. After some heavy servicing flowers are just about hanging in there. So, to sum up, I'd say 6.5/10.”

“I was pleased with the ordering service, delivery and emails advising what happens next. Also it was useful to be able to track the flowers progress on the actual delivery day. My friend was pleased with them but unfortunately the chocolates didn't materialise!”
