“The website was easy to negotiate and I found it extremely easy to choose the items I wanted from the large choice on offer. I chose a bouquet and chocolates. From choosing my item to placing my order was very easy, payment was straight forward and confirmation of my order and payment was received within minutes of me placing and paying for my item. I received regular emails confirming and advising my order was placed, despatched, en-route and finally delivered. The item was ordered for one of my managers to cheer them up as they off work ill, with COVID, so she was delighted to receive the flowers and chocolates. I found this service very quick and easy to use. I would definitely use this website again and I would also recommend it to anyone I know who is looking to order online. “EFlorist wasn’t my first choice for sending flowers to mark the final day of my friend’s chemotherapy, unfortunately I had ordered flowers from M&S that never arrived, not what you would expect from such a large company. So I was a bit nervy about ordering from a company that I didn’t know, however I needn’t have worried, the order went very smoothly, the delivery was exactly when they said it would be, they even sent a full size card (not a token slip) my friend was so happy to receive a beautiful orchid, bottle of wine and some free Lindt chocolates all of which made me very happy, my only regret is I didn’t use EFlorist in the first place.”

“Sent flowers to celebrate a 100th birthday! Even though I could not request until the day before, E-florist made it happen, and allowed me to contribute to a remarkable lady's special day. Thank you for making giving pleasure, so easy, when I couldn't visit myself.”

“3rd time I have ordered from EFlorist and the flowers have arrived on time and are beautiful. My only problem was with the last order and I did it in a rush and missed where to put the message for the recipient. When I realised and emailed customer service it was too late to add. This wasn't long after placing the order. However it was my fault for missing it.”
