“The basket of flowers was ordered for delivery on Monday for an opening day, it arrived late on the following day, So I did not get to see the flowers. I have ordered other occasions before and they were Great,the flowers were very nice.”

“Ordered two bouquets to be sent to two friends for their birthdays One arrived on time (19th)the 2nd due on the 26th has not yet been confirmed despatched or delivered So have to wait till after the bank holiday to get any answers.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my friends birthday. I was updated on the delivery and when it was delivered. I had a thank you message from my friend of over 40 years thanking me so much for the lovely colourful flowers. She was at work in her birthday but the flowers were left in a safe place for when she returned home. Thank you so much eflorist for making my friends birthday special.The price was very reasonable and the delivery was great. I will be sending my next bouquet soon.”

“I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered last Sunday 20th August for my dear friend who was 103 years old. The bouquet was delivered at 20.42pm when she was in bed. She struggled to get out of bed and get to the door with her walking frame only to find that there was no-one there, just a box. She managed with the help of her frame to move the box indoors and had to leave it for her carer the following morning. Why deliver at that time of night? If you cannot deliver during the daytime on a Sunday then you should state this when anyone is ordering. My poor friend was alarmed by the doorbell ringing and someone knocking on the door. When requesting delivery for the Sunday I never, ever imagined that they would in fact be delivered when it was dark!”

“Next day delivery spot on . I ordered flowers to be delivered for sad occasion and they wer delivered on time and were beautiful fresh and well worth the money it cheered up my sister in law no end.
