“The flowers was delivered on time. However the message I have left in Cyrillic to be added to the card have not been written properly and instead of words with best wishes my friend got just a card with many question marks. Please make your system adopted to multiple languages.”

“To be honest I was expecting a few more flowers for the cost of the bouquet. Also a couple of the flowers weren’t very fresh and won’t last long. A little underwhelming”

“I arranged a flower bouquet to be sent to my aunt as a pick me up after a spell in hospital. She was delighted with them and I was also impressed with the delivery updates, the order arrived in the stated time and was really easy to do online. First class service!”

“Totally useless company. DO NOT USE. Placed my order, emailed shortly after to see if I could move delivery date. Told no. My order was not delivered on the day or time I had email confirmation for. Only refunded £5.99 fee Ignored question raised Avoid this company at all costs”

“The flowers arrived at delivery address late afternoon. They were dry and floppy and some petals had fallen off. I was very disappointed with them. They were a birthday present for my sister.”

“Flowers were delivered after 5.30 p.m. For a birthday. Worried they were not going to look fresh enough but was okay. Only thing was they were a large bunch so I would hate to know what the medium or small bunch would have looked like.”
