“I ordered flowers, a mini bottle of Proseco and a vase. The person who I ordered for got a little bear instead of vase. Last year it happend same, ordered somethig and got somethig else. Also, I didn't receive any email from delivery company. Beautiful flowers in change . Thank you”

“Delivery thursday. original roses not available-so accepted alternative.Outstanding presentation,but disappointed in the roses content.The 5 t-roses ok-still look good.The 5 spray roses :- 1. did not open at all 2. two of them wilted within 2 days, the 3 others by sunday this resulted in "a to much greenery" look. For the price paid expect bouquet to last at least 5-days.”
