“We were impressed with EFlorist. The website was very user friendly and the prices of flowers competitive. We were able to select a very pretty bunch of flowers which came with a complimentary small box of good quality chocolates. We were able to select a delivery date and were informed that the flowers had been delivered to the recipient who was delighted and said that the freesias smelt beautiful. We would use this company again.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM EFLORIST. They first charged me twice, when I enquired about this they cancelled my order by accident, they then sent a replacement order which DID NOT TURN UP. Completely unreliable and incompetent service. Avoid unless you want grey hairs from stress.”

“order was perfectly on time, everything went well even though i was ordering from outside the country for my girlfriend, beautiful flowers and i was told there was a mix to insert in the water to allow the flowers to live longer which i thought was a great touch”

“There was some confusion at the delivery; when she rang the bell there was no answer. Instead of turning round and leaving, the person making the delivery rang me up in The Netherlands and came up with solutions. My daughter was moving into a new apartment after a difficult break up so the flowers were really a way for me to support her on that day from abroad. It was important for her and me that this was made possible so I’m really thankful the delivery person didn’t just turn round and leave when, as it turned out, the intercom in my daughter’s apartment wasn’t working properly The flowers were lovely and perfectly fresh too. So thanks! Oh, importantly: this was a same day delivery order.”
