“It was the first time when I was not able to celebrate my daughter’s milestone birthday with her. I decided to make a surprise with the help of EFlorist. “Brilliant service! Made an order of romantic gesture for my partner and unfortunately through no fault of their own the purchase didn’t make it until a week later, by then the bouquet had obviously withered due to the cold in the Yodel Warehouse. Great communications and was provided a full refund. I will definitely use this service again and I highly recommend. Thank you! M. Hollinrake”
