“If you want a bunch of foliage and less flowers then eflorist delivers! I paid £33.98 for exactly that, a Large bouquet, supposedly, got loads of foliage, a medium bouquet size only. Have complained, but told to wait for the buds of flowers to open and see then the flowers I have, are they having a laugh? I can count how few they are, do not recommend .”

“Bought bouquet on ' Black Friday ' so great price! My cousin gave me updates as the flowers opened so I could enjoy them too! She was delighted with the ' Moonlight ' choice. I asked for deliv on Wed but got email saying Thurs but then was delivered late Wed. Under promise/ over deliver was confusing! I did try to ask if they were scented but your ' chat bot ' didn't undrstand so that could be improved. Perfume is more important to me than the type of flower. Overall very happy, thank you.”

“Disappointed my 17 year old son ordered flowers for his girlfriend for their anniversary, well in advance so had the delivery which states between 1 _ 2 days been highlighted he could have ordered them for a day earlier then they would have arrived on time. Poor and to make matters worse unable to speak to anyone all communication by Live chat. Very disappointed would not use or recommend again”

“The flowers are quite wilted on delivery, with damaged petals (which cannot be revived). They do not create a good impression on the receiver and look quite cheap. I would not recommend.”
