“Unhappy on 2 counts. First, quality of blooms Golden rod stems included in the bouquet were dry and gone over. Several of the blooms on sprays of small carnations had flower buds broken Rose blooms well advanced. Not in bud as specification suggests they will be. Second problem was delivery. Despite note left on door ( recipients had to go out for 30 mins) flowers were not left with neighbour. They were eventually following day ... past 4 pm.. and left on doorstep. Flowers having been out for delivery for over 56 our were sadly past their best”

“2 unacceptable issues within 1 week. 1st delivery of flowers sent to a friend arrived damaged and mouldy then 2nd order to another friend did not even get delivered for a birthday surprise and marked as returned to sender on delivery tracker. There was no reason why these could not be delivered as the recipient was at home. An extremely disappointing service and will not be using e florist again. This used to be an excellent company but has gone down hill on a massive scale in recent times!”

“Very happy, unfortunately they were not able to do the same day delivery service. I was called back and the delivery fee was refunded straightaway. The bouquet was delivered early the next morning and was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend EFlorist”

“For the first time I was charged an extra delivery fee. Amazon delivered the flowers!? I ordered the flowers on Friday afternoon for delivery Sunday. For an unknown reason they were not delivered until MONDAY, a day late. Fortunately my daughter was working from home that day due to an illness. Not happy about the delay and an order taking 3 full days to deliver flowers. The flowers were fine although they did not open up as much as my previous.”

“Ordered form yourselves twice now recently, for friends birthday and get well flowers, they both commented how great they look and how long they lasted. Both orders were delivered on the date of delivery will be using you guys again soon no doubt!”
