“Very happy, unfortunately they were not able to do the same day delivery service. I was called back and the delivery fee was refunded straightaway. The bouquet was delivered early the next morning and was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend EFlorist”

“For the first time I was charged an extra delivery fee. Amazon delivered the flowers!? I ordered the flowers on Friday afternoon for delivery Sunday. For an unknown reason they were not delivered until MONDAY, a day late. Fortunately my daughter was working from home that day due to an illness. Not happy about the delay and an order taking 3 full days to deliver flowers. The flowers were fine although they did not open up as much as my previous.”

“Ordered form yourselves twice now recently, for friends birthday and get well flowers, they both commented how great they look and how long they lasted. Both orders were delivered on the date of delivery will be using you guys again soon no doubt!”

“Lovely choice of bouquets and great value for money. I sent flowers and chocolates to a dear friend who lost her Mum not long ago and who was waiting for her Dad to be sent home after weeks in hospital. She had spent days clearing out his house (he's a hoarder) plus she was frantically sorting out the living room, painting and decorating to turn it into a bedroom for her Dad's return. All this whilst holding down her job. The day the bouquet was delivered she had left the house to visit the hospital, but the wonderful delivery lady came back a 2nd time to deliver the flowers as she knew that my friend's Dad has always looked after his neighbours. My friend was delighted with her flowers and I was delighted that she was happy and the EFlorist service was so superb”

“The flowers were due to arrive on my friend's birthday, a Sunday. They didn't arrive. I had an email the folliwing day, with no apology, saying they would be delivered on the Monday. They arrived late in the day & looked very droopy. I have ordered from you in the past, & been very pleased with the flowers & service. I will not be using you again.”
