“I live in Northern Ireland and my dear friend lives in Coventry. It was her birthday so I sent her the flowers and teddy bear. She was absolutely delighted. She sent me photos which proved how much she loved them. Thank you.”

“Flowers were easy to order, good value for money, and customer service was good. However, delivery was NOT good. The flowers arrived a day late for my Granddaughters special occasion, but when they did arrive the flowers were very beautiful. I’m not sure if I would use Eflorist again only because of the poor delivery service, which lets the company down, and that’s a shame.”

“Florists are famed for next day delivery. You promised next day delivery but no, it was 2 day delivery leaving me looking like an idiot. Also, Evri (Hermes) really???”

“I am not very happy with you my order off you has not arrived at my friends bungalo she has checked every where I have been in touch with the delivery firm and they told me that the delivery was left behind the white door for which my friend does not have a white door so I recon the delivery driver delivered the order to the wrong address can you sort this out”

“The flowers were lovely. My only gripe is the delivery. They were sent to a friend for her 90th birthday who lives in a care home. Unfortunately they weren't delivered until late in the evening once she was in bed!”
