“The first delivery was not fresh at all, the box looked like it had been kicked around in the delivery van. Once I had emailed about this they advised they could re-send them back out. I'm happy to say they have been delivered at a reasonable time and fresh. I have to admit it does make me wary of ordering again incase this happens again.”

“Great selection. Next day delivery is available which is great for those last minute purchases. Free chocolates is a lovely little added bonus. Thoroughly recommend.”

“Pretty happy about whole package.Special order as my sister in law was stuck in Greece for her birthday.Very I'll.Home safely now so wanted her to have a special surprise. She sent me photos of flowers and chocs.Beautiful. Thankyou.xx”

“I wanted to send my daughter (who lives some 100 + miles away from me) some flowers on her birthday. Unfortunately I left it until the last minute so I took an option which gave a delivery on the same day and paid the extra charge for this. A bit uncertain if this would happen but receiving reassuring emails I was pleased to hear that the flowers were sat on her doorstep when she arrived home from work. She was delighted by the bouquet and said that they were “lovely”. Given this experience I would certainly use eFlorist again.”

“These were a gift and the receiver was very pleased with them. Sent me a picture, did expect more lilies and I did expect more stems overall. Also it did say free delivery however at the point of checking out I was charged £5.99 which I felt was a bit annoying. Overall yes I would use again, but just a couple of things could of been better.”

“Been happy with what I've ordered from you so far. Only on one occasion did the recipient not receive a card to say her flowers were sitting on her doorstep, which then resulted in the flowers looking a bit sad next day, although she said they lasted quite well! Otherwise have been impressed with the quality and feedback so far.”

“Easy to order, reasonably priced, always delivered p.m. (a.m. option with an order placed a week in advance, would be good), recipients always happy, though having never seen what’s delivered it’s difficult to judge! Will keep ordering! 👍”
