“Although I must commend eGadgetsdeal for their responsive customer service, I regret to say that the issue with the Samsung Galaxy A53 smartphone persists. Despite their efforts to assist me, the phone's battery life continues to fall short of expectations. Even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including troubleshooting suggestions provided by their support team, the problem remains unresolved. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I had hoped for a better experience with both the product and the service provided by eGadgetsdeal.”
