“I ordered iPads and was told there would be a 2-month delay. I was patient and understanding, but the company eventually admitted they couldn’t fulfil the order. I received a polite email saying I would be refunded, only to be told later that I now have to claim the money back through my credit card provider. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor service and lack of accountability. Awful company — avoid at all costs!”

“I ordered phone on 17 February supposed to arrive by 25 February. Their tracker said it had been dispatched, but they admitted it hadn't. Eventually I asked for a refund on 5 March which they agreed to the next day asking for my card details which I gave them. They said I'd get a refund in 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund. After another complaint they said I'd have to raise a claim with PayPal and they would talk to them. I did. They didn't. After a month of silence despite PayPal asking them for a response, PayPal eventually refunded my money. It took 10 weeks and many, many emails to get my money back. Don't buy from this company!”

“Don't buy from here, twice promised delivery and didn't arrive, requested a refund without response. Luckily I purchased via PayPal and was able to get my money back. Scam site.”

“Awful, Awful, Awful, Scam artists. Ordered a Steam deck, never arrived..... Requested a refund... which also never arrived. Now going through the credit card company to get my money back. Do not buy anything from here.”

“Place my order, failed to get an order Ack, chased after a fortnight and told numerous times that update was imminent. Offered a refund and then they didn't refund, multiple times asked, eventually got credit card company involved. Dreadful. Buy elsewhere.”

“I do not recommend buying anything here!!! I did not receive my order after 1 month of waiting and for 3 weeks now I have not been able to get my money back. There is no phone number on the website and they have stopped answering emails.”

“Let me tell you my honest opinion. All those 5 star reviews are fake and this company doesn't even deserve half a star. Full of scam as it has been over a month as I haven't received my order or the refund. Pay someone a little bit more and get your order fulfilled otherwise you'll be chasing them like many of us.”

“This site is an absolute joke, I received an e mail asking if I wanted a refund on the 19th February, I sent the details over there and then that they needed and I am still waiting to this day for my REFUND!! It's absolutely appalling is this site!!!”

“If I could a zero star I would. Appalling service, unprofessional, and empty promises and now not answering back. Honestly, If you want a piece of mind , don't bother with this seller. Pay a bit more and you will be assured that your product will get delivered. I am not even sure if I will get my money back.”

“This is terrible. I ordered S24FE on 24.01.2025 as a birthday present. During the 1 month of waiting, I received many letters promising delivery in the near future, but this never happened and I cancelled my order. It took more than 5 working days to return my money, my letters are no longer answered and there is no refund either.”

“Absolutely appalling, I've ended up cancelling my order after hearing so many excuses after excuses. Said my refund would be 5 working days it has now being 8 working days. Their keen to e mail when they needed to but as soon as it's about a refund you hear nothing at all! This is a site that should be reported and shut down”

“Made what I believed to be a good order for AirTags. Message that night stated despatched to Royal Mail. 10days later, still not with Royal Mail. Ended up involving Credit Card company to get refund, only then did product arrive.”

“Ordered back on the 9th of Feb and was told it would get delivered within 4-6 days and still waiting. Looked for a number and there is a note saying that the number isn't for customer service!. Really! why putting it on if you are not willing to speak to customers! It's alright to ask for the payment there and then but shipping the item out can be whenever! Really appalling.”

“Absolutely appalling, I ordered the samsung watch 7 on the 1st February expecting it to arrive within the 4-6 working days that it states online. To be still waiting, I have sent e mails which they have replied to. I don't agree with them taking the money when their shipment/arrival days are a lie. I had 3 separate e mails one was an invoice, I was an order and the third was a shipment. We're now on the 11th February. I'm away next week which it will have to be signed for or handed over surely. Won't be ordering feom them again.”

“Awful service. Item took to arrive and when I had to return it (it wasn’t suitable but was) working I had to pay the postage and then they charged me a 10% restocking fee plus I had to chase for the money repeatedly. Exceptionally poor.”
