The customer service is so awful I've given up on any hope of a refund. Expect several days in between unhelpful responses.
The refund policy is absurd. It's made to discourage people from doing refunds, and it has certainly discouraged me.
Not only so I not recommend this company, I am going to actively tell everyone I know that smokes not to use them.”
