**BUYER BEWARE** This Company is a complete joke and they could careless about making their mistakes right. They sent me the wrong coils and wrong liquid. I told Customer service that they were unopened and I just wanted to exchange and they refuse. Please take all these posts to heart and never buy from this Company. I will be taking this to another level to prove a point and stop these types of unscrupulous companies. BTW Eight Vape, I work for the best law firm in CA and they are happy to make your CO do the right thing going forward or close shop (pro bono). I told you guys you're messing with the wrong person

We are getting in contact with the attorney general how dare they take people's money and think it's okay been waiting a month and it seems like by all these comments on this page we are all going to the same thing!!!

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and still no product, website says it hasn't shipped. Emailed and a couple days later got a response that they will look into it, that was 4 days ago. I'm almost out of vape products and money, I just want my money back but they have no number to contact them at and they never respond back to emails. I only live 4 hours away from them, so I should already have my order. Never again ordering through here.

This company is absolutely horrible and should be shut down immediately. Not only was I stupid for ordering from them but I also bypassed the bad reviews thinking maybe it won’t happen to me because the warehouse is in the same city. I was completely wrong. Defective coils, missing product, fake shipping details. Customer service is a joke. After finally having the customer service email me back. For all the trouble I had they gave me a “gift card” for a WHOLE 8 dollars…… let that sink in for a second. Just don’t order you will regret it I promise.

Item not delivered. Refuses to refund. I bought and paid for an item including shipping and the required adult signature fee. They chose a delivery service who couldn't figure out a very simple address and never delivered the package. After four weeks of emails back & forth, they refunded the purchase price but not shipping and adult signature. I paid for them to ship to me but they did not ship to me, or I'd have the item. I paid the signature fee but was never given the opportunity to sign anything. No adult (and no child) signed for that package, and no one was handed that package. I don't care if he gets on his bicycle and delivers it to me himself. He didn't ship to me. They refuse to eat shipping and signature, and I'm left with nothing but aggravation.

Any 5 star rating on here is pure BS. This is a scam company with an F rating on BBB. The 'shipping company' will mysteriously lose your package, their package protection is worthless, and they won't process any refunds. I won't buy anything vape online at all anymore. Better to support my local businesses for a few dollars more and not stress about scam artist losers.

12 days in on a Smok Stick R22 and it just quit working. I bought extra coils and glass and it is just a piece of junk. It is a horrible design, leaks all over the place and you have to remove the coil to fill the tank. Eightvape would not stand behind what they sell. They said if it had been over 48 hours since delivery, nothing they could do. They are a third party. Next time I will go direct. I have placed several orders with them over the years.....Never again....I will tell my friends and they will tell their friends and so on and so on.....

I did not see all the negative comments until after I made my purchase so needless to say I was freaking out. But I've ordered three times now and I've had ZERO problems. I live in cocoa beach FL and ordered last friday and received it today exactly seven days. Fantastic company in my opinion.

Terrible customer service and they use Swyft as a carrier and they are far and away the worst delivery service, USPS is more reliable than these monkeys. Stay away from eightvape!!!!

Beware I received my order from eight vape I found 3 out of date naked 100 vape juice bottles black color I contacted by email the company customer service to replace them I got BS answer why this juice is burned motor oil color after couple emails they ask me to contact naked 100 directly I did I send photos codes naked 100 answer is the product is out dated and harmful do not use and try to replacement with eight vape I did the answer is nothing they can do and never got replacement or refund talking to my lawyer friend he ask to test the liquid Please please if you received order contain similar items DO NOT USE it's very harmful to your health and soon might be legal action about this issue,I just ask to replace bad product they took my money for , it's not about taking money for product should be in the dump it's matter of what ever you call it soon I post all email tests and what legal issue we gonna proceed SHAME.

Do not buy from this company. Very low quality of products. Bought a fogging mask with storm trooper face mask. The stormtrooper is the lowest quality dollar store plastic. It was attached with these large gaudy rhinestone pins that were wobbly. The actual rubber fog mask that it was attached to is like a child's size. Thin, and the breathing area doesn't align. Shipping was horrible packaged and slow. Received item and asked to return but the company said I needed to do it with in 14 days. Totally between purchase, Receiving, and opening, then contacting the company was within the 14days. But because they don't work weekends they said I was having buyers remorse. Heck ya I am with that poor quality. Save your money but elsewhere

This is a horrible company!!! Do Not buy from them they are just trying to steal your money!!! They continue to sell products they do not have in stock and will blame the carrier! They do not respond to e-mails and make it very difficult to contact them to get a refund! Hold on to your money and buy somewhere else!!

They will flat out steal from you, they refuse to give you valid tracking number from shipper, these use route which is also a fraud, they refuse to give refund when its not delivered, even though you pay for insured shipping. Delivery by law is signature required but they can't provide delivery signature. Don't buy anything from them, you will just get scammed

Still waiting ordered on September 2nd and have been ignored for the most part takes 2 days to gear back and by then its the weekend again Jason in Customer Service is both Passive and went from reassuring my order was on the way to now we need to investigate ordered before and can see the pakage never left the Las Vegas spot. Blamed it on DELIVER IT AND routes company confirmed a label was made but never received. 120 Iam a Veteran on a fixed income seriously do better Jason fix the issue and either send my money back or fully fill and send my order

This company does not stand behind its products or customers. Wouldn't replace a defective battery because it wasn't reported for 72 hours and they only accept returns in 48 hours. Reading other review about them showed me that this a common practice with them. Buyer Beware!

Overcharged on order of $40, a "CA vape excise tax of $17.25 on a $40 order. That tax is supposed to be 12.5%, meaning $7. Also they charge a USPS signature fee of $7.50 and USPS did not ask for a signature. Just dropped in my mailbox

This place is HORRIBLE. They are the REASON FOR BROCK AND MORTAR STORES. This company is a scam and a fraud. They do not have the selection they advertise. No inventory. They wait for enough orders to come in before they contact suppliers and receive what you order. Half the time they don't get the product. They've lied toe three times about ATTEMPTED DELIVERY when I have a Ring doorbell to prove them wrong. This is the WORST vape supplier I have EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I suggest you pass.

First time I ordered from them will also be the last. They sent me fraudulent product. Email support both stated that they hold the product and also said that they don't hold the product and mine came straight from the manufacturer. Which is a lie because I can see the shipping label and the California manufacturer mailed it to me from a drop shipper in Vegas?! Lies. They will do nothing. They kept my money and I am working on reported the company also al discussing this with my credit card company. They have my fifty bucks and sent me garbage. At best, this is an awful site full of pop ups that does not care one bit about their customers. Horrible experience, will tell the world that eightvape will steal your money.
