They fixed the problem of a 30 year old Kenwood cassette tape player with a broken drive belt and damaged tape -reading head, but it did take 5 or 6 weeks.

Overall a good service. My smart watch scroll button had stopped working and Electronic Partners fixed it for the price quoted. Only minus was the period of time which was about a month and more than the 'normal' stated periods, and I had to chase a few times when the 'diagnostic in process' period seemed to have been ongoing for a while. That said the requests for updates (tickets) were responded to quickly and my watch was returned in good condition and most importantly working well.

Took a Bose Wave 5 for repair. All issues diagnosed and repaired as per check list and on the price quoted. I was kept notified throughout the procedure.

i paid near to £250 to have a pc board repaired that was returned to me not working at all!. I urge anyone to re consider having the likes repaired. Much cheaper to look for a donor unit. The company is mega expensive and give no guarantee of unit working. Very very "AI" orientated, no human contact at all. Very cold, somewhat. Only go with them if you want to spend / waste pots of dosh!

Did what they said they would do. All very efficient and the product in question was diagnosed and repaired in a time that was expected and acceptable. The process was well executed and I am very content to have my product working again. I would recommend them.

Brilliant service called into Telford office met by very knowledgeable gentleman I had a small PCB board he looked and ok we can sort that and they did kept me fully informed I paid and part returned next day very good price Thanks 😊👍

They repaired a Meridian system remote for me which knowone else could. They made it very easy to post with no cost and delivered promptly.I would highly recommend them.

It was all good! My Denon tuner/amp suddenly died and I felt that the services on a local radio/TV shop would be inadequate.. The experience of using your good selves begam eith sending it by courier service and the communications between un during the repair process were good. The unit came beck in excellent condition - principally because it was working again but the preventative maintenance you performed would mean a trouble-free life for me and the Denon!

Feedback on Recent Repair – AVi ADM 9.1 Active Speakers I recently used Electronic Partners for the repair of my AVi ADM 9.1 active speakers and wanted to share feedback based on the full process. The items were sent on 6th April 2025 and received by you on the 8th, with a detailed accessories list enclosed. On 15th April, I received confirmation that diagnostics were in progress. A repair quote was issued on 28th April, followed by an updated quote on 29th April for additional work I requested, which I accepted. On 30th May, a further issue was discovered, and a new quote was provided for a replacement part. After some discussion and consideration — given the increased cost — I accepted the revised quote and authorised the repair. The repaired items were returned to me on 11th June. Overall, I am generally satisfied with the service. The eventual repair was completed to a good standard, and I particularly appreciated your effort in sourcing a compatible replacement part. That said, there were periods of silence during the process that I found frustrating and concerning. I often had to chase for updates, and long stretches of apparent inactivity were attributed to workload. More regular communication — even brief status updates — would have significantly improved my experience. Thank you again for completing the repair successfully, and for your professionalism in handling the more complex aspects of the job.

I can only rate 3vstsrs at the moment as I still have not had my item back and I have had to open up a case with yourselves so that you can try and find my item . Hopefully I will get a response very soon but if my item can't be found I would expect a full refund . Sorry

I’ve used these before and was very impressed, so I used them again and paid for the priority service and my device came back in record time. However it was not fixed, so went to the trouble of raising a case for a warranty repair, packaged the item up and sent it back. Then receive an email stating there was nothing wrong with it and asking for more money to get it back as it was a “rejected warranty claim” Obviously I’ve too much time on my hands if I’m sending a device, that is working perfectly and just spent over £100 to fix, back for a repair!!! 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
