Terrible service. The Hifi was returned in a worse state than it was sent. I think they just take your money and do nothing

I’ve used these before and was very impressed, so I used them again and paid for the priority service and my device came back in record time. However it was not fixed, so went to the trouble of raising a case for a warranty repair, packaged the item up and sent it back. Then receive an email stating there was nothing wrong with it and asking for more money to get it back as it was a “rejected warranty claim” Obviously I’ve too much time on my hands if I’m sending a device, that is working perfectly and just spent over £100 to fix, back for a repair!!! 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Submitted my phone to you guys 3 times pay for it all 3 times returned still broken no explanation as to say you couldn't fix it or not

Complete waste of time. I was informed that the tablet required a new CPU, and they could not purchase spares. Why quote for repair, if you cannot source spares

Lack of communication. Took 3 weeks from receiving my item to get a repair that did not work. Waste of time and money.

The repair of my Bose unit has been a great pleasure to me as it belonged originally to my partner before she died. The process was obviously a well tested and tried procedure and surprisingly quick. I am very grateful.

Total scam. paid over £90 for diagnositcs, and yet a further 150 to fix. Avoid !!!

Did not fix issue and simply say it must be another fault on the machine - very easy get out - feels like we have been scammed!

They never fixed my item at all and pretended they did and then stole my money avoid this company at all cost they are a scam.

Sent a PCB board to be repaired. Repair was expensive. Was sent back months later as repaired but it still did not work and the PCB was still no better and still faulty. Can only communicate with them by raising "tickets" Was told no warranty and no refund even though the item was reported as still faulty on the day I received it back. Really didn't seem to care once they have your money and didn't offer any reasonable solution.

Very poor. Diagnosed the problem with my treadmill circuit board. I paid for repair, still didn't work. When i rang, was told they only do a visual check of boards and cant test them so it was a waste of money and time. They actually posted me someone else's circuit board first of all by mistake which had to be returned before they would send mine. All felt a bit dodgy! Costly lesson learnt!

The company is really poor and would not trust them for any repairs my denon 6500 needed repaired they charged me 130 to look at it then charged again on top of that kept my amp for 4 months then phoned me up to say it’s unrepairable but to save me the return postage they can recycle it yeah Right I got it returned sent it away to another company and got it back in 3-4 weeks fully repaired .fully working

Absolutely do not use! I sent my phone for screen repair which costed me £65,34, got it back and on the same day emailed saying that the phone was acting crazy (opening and closing apps whilst left on the table, unable to make a messenger call because switching from back to front camera, opening and closing features of the app, silencing speaker etc) and after that -again on the same day- the screen cracked, likely because it wasn't fitted properly. Sent it again, got it back in the same state, sent them videos recorded from another phone showing that the phone wouldn't allow me to open some apps (would open and the close them immediately, constantly until I stopped trying to open the app) and a video of a messenger call where the phone opened all possible features and switched cameras all whilst prompted on a sofa, no hands on the phone). two of their staff implied I was lying (god knows how they justify the videos I sent- screen still intact, so no physical damage of any sort involved- and how they think a phone that opens and closes windows can pass their quality tests, twice) and refused to refund me, arguing that the physical damage is not covered by warranty despite the fact the physical damage is caused by their poor quality job, which meant I had to revert to trading standards , but according to their T&C "By visiting Electronic.Partners, you agree that the laws of Seychelles, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Electronic.Partners or its affiliates." . absolutely horrendous service, do not use.
