“EP had Bose CD player for almost 2 weeks and after diagnosing the cause of it not playing CD’s without jumping or stopping quoted me £135 to fix the problem.
Decided to go ahead with the repair on the understanding that CD player would work perfectly again on return.
However, after collecting and checking it had been tested the first CD I tried failed to play.
