“It had been a while since I had done any updates to my web site and when I did try to do updates I found that had been a number of changes and I was at a lost as to where to start. But support was right there to help me get up to speed with the changes. They were great.”

“Not every answer can be answered by ANYONE in the world, but the divi chat people come really really close. They've been such a lifesaver to me in my endeavors to build the most complicated wordpress multi-site I have ever attempted. Because of them, I am almost to the 'just maintain it' place in my life, which I am sure I will need questions answered then too and they will be quick, concise, and probably correct in answering.”

“I love ET. I started out using them before Divi and then they produced Divi and I don't use anything else. It makes building sites so fast. You can export and import layouts from one site to another and it's got so many extras and child themes to start with if you're a newbie or want inspiration. I highly recommend them and their support is second to none!”

“The chat support from Elegant themes always amazes me. I have overcome countless obstacles in my website building journey thanks to the people on live chat. They seem to know everything I ask them and help to get my problems solved within minutes. I would consider myself a novice website builder, but thanks to Divi and the Elegant themes staff and training videos I find myself building websites that I feel are on a level with or better than any website I visit online. Divi has given me lots of confidence in my business and I couldn't be any happier with it considering how cheap it is. Elegant Themes are basically giving away their tools for free as the support you can get from the live chat is worth more than the cost of Elegant Themes subscription or one-time payment.”

“Elegant Themes has literally refreshed my career (traditional designer/marketer turned digital designer/marketer) thanks to their DIVI theme. It has changed my world. The Elegant Themes brand is solid, consistent, brilliant, from their on-line tutorials/documentation, videos, support (chat!), to their actual "visual builder" theme. Every touch point has a kind of magical continuity. I'm very thankful these guys exist and do what they do.”

“I used the Support Centre today within Wordpress. When they sent me to chat with someone I didn't expect much. In fact, I didn't even expect a reply! However, Goran got back to me within a good timeframe and sorted out the issue right away! Super, super impressed and am now even happier about the whole Elegant Themes experience, besides their amazing theme their service is also second to none! Thank you so much guys!!!”
