“Called into Maidstone branch at 5.37 this evening with rim already off in another car had two punctures needed this with a new tyre and spare replaced the other one. So a simple tyre replace, did not need to remove or replace on a car. just the rim. Was told that company does not pay overtime and not willing to help even though new tyre should be replaced within 15 minutes, next garage done it in ten minutes. This sort of attitude is what makes companies fail, I am an employer and would dread to think my staff would chase customers away in such a manner. The manager did not have to do the job, there was two people standing talking in the workshop”

“Friendly helpful staff. They found the particular make & type of tyre that I wanted and fitted it while I went for a hot sausage roll at Reeves and a stroll around the town! Will go there again. Peter”
