“I am extremely pleased with their service. I live on the Isle of Wight and was travelling by ferry to the mainland the next morning. I had a slow puncture and I had a long distance to drive the next morning. Someone recommended I tried Elite after being turned down by a known tyre company as they were too busy. I got there 5 minutes before closing time and I explained my situation. They were very obliging and changed my tyre even though it made them late. In future, I will go there if I need any work done.”

“2 x Michelin Pilots purchased via Black Circles and fitted at Elite in Mannings Heath. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout and I only had to wait just over an hour for fitting. Highly recommended and I would have given then 5 stars if they had coffee & tea facilities whilst I waited.”

“Called into Maidstone branch at 5.37 this evening with rim already off in another car had two punctures needed this with a new tyre and spare replaced the other one. So a simple tyre replace, did not need to remove or replace on a car. just the rim. Was told that company does not pay overtime and not willing to help even though new tyre should be replaced within 15 minutes, next garage done it in ten minutes. This sort of attitude is what makes companies fail, I am an employer and would dread to think my staff would chase customers away in such a manner. The manager did not have to do the job, there was two people standing talking in the workshop”
